Tender Description
A project to renumber the assets of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments includes the following:- A complete inventory and renumbering of fixed assets. Verifying the fixed assets list and matching it with the ministry’s record, and preparing a new list to be uploaded to the Ministry of Finance and National Economy system. Verifying the list of employees’ assets in coordination with specialists in the relevant departments of the Ministry. Determine the estimated cost and expected life of assets during asset renumbering. Submitting a report on the results of the fixed assets inventory. Provide a fixed assets register.

مشروع إعادة ترقيم أصول وزارة العدل و الشئون الاسلامية و الأوقاف, جرد واعادة ترقيم كلي للموجودات الثابتة. التحقق من كشف الموجودات الثابتة ومطابقتها مع سجل الوزارة وإعداد كشف جديد ليتم رفعه في نظام وزارة المالية والاقتصاد الوطني. التحقق من قائمة عهد الأصول لدى الموظفين بالتنسيق مع المختصين في الإدارات المعنية بالوزارة. تحديد التكلفة التقديرية والعمر الإفتراضي للأصول أثناء إعادة ترقيم الأصول. تقديم تقرير بنتائج جرد الموجودات الثابتة. تقديم سجل الموجودات الثابتة.
