Tender Description
The Ministry is providing 29 drivers for various types of light and heavy vehicles, along with one shift supervisor, to transport and deliver medications, medical supplies, equipment, and devices; transport staff and patients; transport, deliver, and carry samples, tests, and medical reports; transport and escort ministry guests during visits, seminars, conferences, and other events; and partially follow up on the completion of transactions within and outside primary healthcare centers, as per instructions, and any other related tasks assigned. The shift supervisor is responsible for overseeing the allocation of drivers and monitoring workflow according to the established scheduled and emergency plans, from the starting point to the completion of assigned tasks, while also recording traffic and other related duties.

The shift supervisor is responsible for overseeing the allocation of drivers and monitoring workflow according to the established scheduled and emergency plans, from the starting point to the completion of assigned tasks, while also recording traffic and other related duties.,توفير عدد 29 سائق لسياقة المركبات الخفيفة والثقيلة بمختلف أنواعها وموزع (مشرف نوبة ) واحد، وذلك من اجل نقل وتوصيل الأدوية والمواد والمعدات والأجهزة الطبية، و نقل الموظفين والمرضى، ونقل وتوصيل وحمل العينات والفحوصات والتقارير الطبية، و توصيل ومرافقة ضيوف الوزارة أثناء الزيارات والندوات والمؤتمرات وغيرها والمتابعة الجزئية لإنجاز المعاملات داخل مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية وخارجها حسب التعليمات الصادرة له وجميع ما يسند إليه من مهام ذات الصلة. كما يقوم موزع المركبات (مشرف النوبة) بالاشراف على توزيع السواق ومتابعة سير العمل حسب الخطة الموضوعة المجدولة والطارئة من نقطة الانطلاق الى نهاية تأدية المهام المناطة بالسواق مع تسجيل حركة السيروالمهام ذات العلاقة الاخرى، وذلك من اجل تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة بكفاءة وفعالية عالية وضامن انتظام سير العمل.
