ترغب وزارة التربية والتعليم إنشاء وحدات مصنعة متنقلة يتم تهيئتها إما كصفوف دراسية، أو كمكاتب إدارية أو كدورات مياه وذلك بحسب المخططات الهندسية وجداول الكميات.

تشمل أعمال الإنشاء الهيكل الحديدي للوحدات والأعمال المدنية ذات العلاقة، والتشطيبات النهائية، والتمديدات الكهربائية والميكانيكية، وتوريد وتركيب المكيفات النافذة، والتركيبات الكهربائية

The Ministry of Education intends to construct prefabricated cabins to be configured as classrooms, administrative offices, or restroom facilities, in accordance with the engineering drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

The scope of work encompasses the construction of the cabins' structural steel frames and related civil works, as well as final finishes, mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, the supply and installation of window-type air conditioning units, and all electrical fixtures

- سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي تقل فيه مدة الضمان الفني عن سنة واحدة من تاريخ تسليم الوحدة وينظر في العطاء الذي لا تقل فيه مدة الضمان الفني عن سنة واحدة.

- سوف يستبعد العطاء الذي تزيد فيه مدة توفير الوحدات المصنعة عن (60)ستين يوماً، وينظر في العطاء الذي لا تزيد فيه مدة التوريد عن(60)ستين يوماً.

- سوف تستبعد العطاءات التي لم تتقدم باستمارة الإقرار(Form No.3) من ضمن مستنداتها والتي تحتوي على إقرار مقدم العطاء / المورد بالموافقة على شروط المناقصة (من الملف المعنون بالاستمارات ومسودة العقد)، واستمارة تقديم الأسعار BOQ ،على أن تكون جميع المستندات مختومة وممهورة بتوقيع المخول بالتوقيع من مقدم العطاء / المورد.

- Warranty Period: Bids offering a technical warranty of less than one year from the date of unit delivery shall be disqualified. Only bids providing a technical warranty of one year or more will be considered.

- Delivery Timeline: Bids exceeding a delivery period of (60) sixty days for the prefabricated units shall be disqualified. Only bids with a delivery period of (60) sixty days or less will be considered.

- Bids that do not provide the declaration form (Form No. 3) among their documents, which contains the bidder/supplier's declaration of agreement to the tender conditions (from the file entitled Forms and Draft Contract), and the BOQ price submission form, will be excluded, provided that all documents are stamped and signed by the authorized signatory of the bidder/supplier.

How to Participate?

Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Tuesday, 20 January 2026
Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Insurance Policy.(or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
- Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
- Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
