Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture is looking forward to inviting individuals and companies to Invest, develop & Operate Plot No. 12013079, located in Madinat Khalifa, block 957, in Southern governorate, for a total period of 30 years, including a grace period of 36 months. The project should meet the regulations of building permit assigned for the plot, and designed to contain commercial and services elements, achieving integrated destination. At which the investor at his own expanse will develop, invest, maintain, and operate the complete components of the project throughout the contract period. The ministry in return will receive an interest for the rental of the whole plot during the contract period

نطاق العمل والمواصفات:
تطلع وزارة البلديات والزراعة إلى دعوة الأفراد والشركات للاستثمار، التطوير، والتشغيل القسيمة رقم 12013079، الواقعة في مدينة خليفة، مجمع 957، بالمحافظة الجنوبية، وذلك لمدة إجمالية تبلغ 30 عامًا، تشمل فترة سماح مدتها 36 شهرًا.
يجب أن يلتزم المستثمر المشروع بالأنظمة الخاصة برخصة البناء المعتمدة للقسيمة، وأن يتم تصميمه ليضم عناصر تجارية وخدمية، بما يحقق وجهة متكاملة.
وسيكون على المستثمر، وعلى نفقته الخاصة، تطوير واستثمار وصيانة وتشغيل جميع مكونات المشروع طوال فترة العقد، في حين ستحصل الوزارة بالمقابل على عوائد إيجارية مقابل استئجار كامل القسيمة خلال مدة التعاقد.
