| 1.1 | Experience: Bidders shall have a minimum of Five (5) years of Land Surveying Experience with the scope of services similar to that mentioned in this tender. Please refer to Appendix B. |
| Bidders shall provide with their bid response, for review by the Company as part of the bid evaluation process, a Proof of their previous experience relevant to provision of the services that are required as specified herein; List of survey jobs done in the last five years. |
| 1.2 | Manpower(minimum required): |
| The Bidder should have the following experienced personnel in their company and shall be assigned to the works as and when required. These personnel shall comply with the job description and requirements mentioned in tender specifications/ RFP. |
| 2 Surveyors, 1 CAD Specialist and 3 Chainmen. (Refer Appendix C) |
| The bidder shall provide a confirmation of having the above manpower within its organization under its sponsorship. Bidder shall submit list of manpower category wise, CVs of Surveyors and CAD Specialist. |
| 1.3 | Survey Instruments, Hardware and Software : (as per APPENDIX D): |
| Bidder shall own as a minimum the following Survey Instruments, Software and Vehicle. |
| 2 Total Stations and 1 Global Positioning System |
| 1 vehicle (for transport of Survey team) & 1 Survey Software. |

Scope of work in English and Arabic
Engineered construction projects, routine maintenance activities and process requirements in operational areas require Land Surveying Services in various Company Operating areas. The required services include but not limited to survey and preparation of computed survey data and reports, Preparation of survey drawings, electronic transfer to survey data, Way leaves, marking limits and boundaries, verticality check of equipment/ structures etc.
تتطلبُ مشاريعُ البناءِ الهندسية، وأعمالُ الصيانةِ الدورية، ومتطلباتُ العملياتِ في المناطق التشغيلية، خدماتِ مسحِ الأراضي في مختلف مناطق عمليات الشركة. تشملُ الخدماتُ المطلوبة - على سبيل المثال لا الحصر-: المسحَ، وإعدادَ التقاريرِ لنتائج المسح، وإعدادَ رسوماتِ المسح، والنقلَ الإلكترونيّ لبياناتِ المسح، وإجازاتِ الطريق، ووضعَ علاماتِ الحدود، وفحصَ عمودية المعدات/المنشآت، وغيرها.
