The Roads Sector at the Ministry of Works is responsible for the comprehensive planning, design, construction, and maintenance of the public road network in the Kingdom of Bahrain. In parallel, the Construction and Maintenance Sector oversees the development and upkeep of government buildings across the Kingdom. Both sectors utilize Autodesk software as a core tool in delivering their engineering and infrastructure services.
The Ministry is pleased to announce the opening of tender submissions for the renewal of the Autodesk AutoCAD Single User ELD (Electronic License Distribution) with an annual subscription for the Ministry of Works software subscription contract, which covers 16 single-user licenses.
تشرف وزارة الأشغال - قطاع الطرق على تخطيط وتصميم وبناء وصيانة طرق البحرين، بينما يدير قطاع الإنشاءات والصيانة المباني الحكومية. يُعتمد برنامج أوتوكاد في تنفيذ هذه المهام الهندسية.
وتُعلن الوزارة عن فتح باب تقديم العطاءات لتجديد عقد الاشتراك في برنامج اوتوديسك أوتوكاد ترخيص فردي بنظام التوزيع الإلكتروني، والتي تشمل عدد ستة عشر (16) ترخيصًا.

This tender is exclusively for SMEs: Bidders must attach a valid SME classification certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism to be eligible for evaluation.

The tenderer Valid Commercial Registration issue by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism must include the following activity as mentioned in the tender advertisement, on the Tender issue date:
· Computer programming activities (activity No. 6201)
· Computer Consultancy and computer facilities management activities (activity No. 6202)
Or any other activity related or equivalent with the activity of the tender.
The VAT amount should be included in the proposal with the VAT Registration Certificate.
