| The project plans to replace the flooring marble at the Amphitheaterat the National Charter Monument , Sakhir. It includes replacing the current flooring inthe Amphitheater Sitting Area, Lower & Upper Deck, and the private entrance. Additionally, the project involves necessary repairs toenhance the area. These repairs include waterproofing, installingstainless-steel handrails, replacing glass stickers, and exchanging damagedaluminum composite panels.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. The bidder is required to do the following to be considered as fully compliant otherwise their tender will not consider for Technical & Financial Evaluation:

· Sign and stamp for Appendix C (Declaration of Compliance),
· Sign and stamp for Appendix D (Certificate of Independent Price Determination)
· Sign and stamp for Appendix E (Site Inspection Declaration)
· Sign and stamp for Form of Tender
· without any conditions / reservations / qualifications in the Tender
NOTE: Only Prequalified Contractors, with valid Prequalification as mentioned in the Tender Advertisement on the Tender issue date are considered in Full Compliance. As such, any Tender submitted with an expired Pre-qualification License on the date this tender was issued is deemed as a non-compliant bid
