The General Services and Central Stores Directorate would like to purchase the following:
Item1: INDICATOR, EARTH FAULT PASSAGE (EFI) FOR USE WITH AUXILIARY SUPPLY OF240 V, 50 HZ, TYPE 1 OF TABLE 1 TO EDD DESCRIPTION NO. S-4063 C OF (APRIL 2026). NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER "NSN" TO BE PRINTED ON EACH PACKING CARTON.
Item2: INDICATOR, EXTERNAL SIGNAL LIGHT AS PER CLAUSE NO. 6.5 OF EDD DESCRIPTION NO. S-4063 C OF (APRIL 2026). WITH MINIMUM 3 SUPER BRIGHT LED'S (RED COLOR) SELF-POWERED WITH LONG LIFE LITHIUM CELLS (MINIMUM 20 YEARS LIFETIME) SUPPLIED ALONG WITH 15 METER CABLE. TO BE FIXED WITH EFI FOR EDD SUBSTATIONS. NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER "NSN" TO BE PRINTED ON EACH PACKING CARTON.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Only offers from approved manufacturers will be evaluated.
2. It is mandatory to state the country of origin of the Item.
3. Meeting the specified guarantee period is mandatory (Minimum 24 months).
4. Non-submission of mandatory documents (Schedule of guarantee duly filled-in and endorsed/stamped by both manufacturer and vendor, copies of type test certificates/reports, technical drawings, any other documents to support the offer as per EDD Specifications) will render the offer null and void (rejected).
5. The submission of the sample checklist form is mandatory with the offer (Please refer to Section 3 – Forms & Draft Agreement). Failure to include it will result in the rejection of the offer except in cases where:
1. the item has been previously supplied to us by the same manufacturer (same model & supplied within the last 5 years) or;
2. a sample has already been submitted for this specific tender.
