Qalali Waterfront Project Security & Safety Services at Qalali Waterfront Project
BTEA is seeking to appoint highly qualified security & safety service companies to submit proposals for provision of 24/7 bases security & safety services at Qalali Waterfront Project as described hereunder in this RFP, Scope of Work.
Please note that the below mentioned point is mandatory requirement:
· The bidder should have experience in similar waterfront and beach facilities with minimum length of 250 meters, within the past 5 years.
· The bidder should submit a detailed KPI template which will be used during the agreement term every 3 months.
· All requirements in the Scope of Services must be in compliance with the submitted bid. The bidder is required to submit a stamped copy of the SOW and specs.
· The bidder should provide a valid third-party liability insurance.
- Security Guards employment contract should cover -and not hold thestaff liable for – end of service Indemnity, GTS license fees, andticket/return ticket. (existing employment contract copy should besubmitted as proof).
If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the below - it will not be considered in this Tender, it be suspended and not evaluated:

خدمات أمن وسلامة لمشروع الواجهة البحرية لساحل قلالي
تدعو هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض الشركات المتخصصة لتقديم عرضها لمناقصة خدمات الأمن والسلامة في مشروع الواجهة البحرية لساحل قلالي حسب نطاق العمل الموضح في وثائق المناقصة.
على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تستوفي الشروط الآتية:
• يجب أن يتمتع مقدم العرض بخبرة في مرافق الواجهة البحرية والشاطئ المماثلة بحد أدنى لطول 250 مترًا، خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية.
• يجب على مقدم العرض تقديم نموذج تفصيلي لمؤشر الأداء الرئيسي والذي سيتم استخدامه خلال مدة الاتفاقية كل 3 أشهر.
• يجب أن تكون جميع المتطلبات في نطاق الخدمات متوافقة مع العرض المقدم. يجب على مقدم العرض تقديم نسخة مختومة من بيان العمل والمواصفات.
• يجب على مقدم العرض تقديم تأمين ساري المفعول ضد المسؤولية تجاه الغير.
• يجب أن يغطي عقد توظيف حراس الأمن - ولا يحمل الموظف المسؤولية عن - تعويض نهاية الخدمة، ورسوم ترخيص GTS، والتذكرة/تذكرة العودة. (يجب تقديم نسخة من عقد العمل الحالي كدليل).
