Scope of work (English): Minimum 200 characters
Bapco Refining intends to procure a Medium Straight Run (MSR) Column Bottom Shell Section for the Crude Distillation Unit (4A CDU) as part of planned engineering activities during the upcoming Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) scheduled for 2027.
Suppliers are invited to submit comprehensive proposals for the supply and delivery of the Item, in full compliance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the tender documents.

تعتزم شركة بابكو للتكرير شراء قسم الغلاف السفلي لعمود التشغيل المستقيم المتوسط (MSR) لوحدة تقطير النفط الخام 4A CDU) كجزء من الأنشطة الهندسية المخطط لها خلال فترة التحول والفحص (T&I) القادمة والمقرر إجراؤها في عام 2027.
الموردون مدعوون لتقديم مقترحات شاملة لتوريد وتسليم المواد، بما يتوافق تمامًا مع المواصفات والمتطلبات الموضحة في وثائق المناقصة.

Mandatory Criteria (English):
1) Bidder shall have fabricated and supplied a minimum of 4 (four) Hydrocarbon Pressurized Column for Hydrocarbon service during the last 6 (six) years in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
The Bidder shall provide a list of their executed Projects with year of supply/completion date meeting the above criteria. The Bidder shall also provide at least one of the following acceptable forms of proof for projects carried out:
• Client letter(s) of reference
• Job completion certificate(s) issued by the client
• Unpriced Purchase Order(s)
Note: In case of subcontracting the fabrication activities to a third-party fabrication company, the above-mentioned criteria shall be complied to by the third-party fabrication company
2) Bidder shall confirm compliance with the Material Delivery Timeline not exceeding 28 weeks from the PO date.

1) يجب أن يكون مقدم العطاء قد قام بتصنيع وتوريد ما لا يقل عن 4 (أربعة) أعمدة هيدروكربونية مضغوطة لخدمة المواد الهيدروكربونية خلال آخر 6 (ستة) سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات.
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم قائمة بمشاريعه المنفذة مع سنة التوريد/تاريخ الإنجاز التي تستوفي المعايير المذكورة أعلاه.
يجب على مقدم العطاء أيضًا تقديم واحد على الأقل من نماذج الإثبات المقبولة التالية للمشاريع التي تم تنفيذها:
• مراحع خطاب(خطابات) العميل
• شهادة (شهادات) إتمام المهمة الصادرة عن العميل
• أمر (طلبات) الشراء غير المسعرة
ملحوظة: في حال إسناد أنشطة التصنيع إلى شركة تصنيع طرف ثالث، يجب على شركة الطرف الثالث الالتزام بالمعايير المذكورة أعلاه.
2) يجب على مقدم العطاء تأكيد الالتزام بالجدول الزمني لتسليم المواد بما لا يتجاوز ٢٨ أسابيع من تاريخ أمر الشراء.
