Tender Description
This tender has been issued for the supply of tooth-belt driven tank mixer or motor assembly for tanks as the gear-driven type mixers are obsolete since they were installed in 1987, and cannot be maintained in the event of a failure. Presently, the spare parts of this model of mixers are not available.
طُرح هذا العرض لتوريد خلاطة خزانات تعمل بحزام مسنن أو مجموعة محرك للخزانات، نظرًا لأن الخلاطات ذات المحرك الترسي أصبحت قديمة منذ تركيبها عام ١٩٨٧، ولا يمكن صيانتها في حال تعطلها. قطع غيار هذا الطراز من الخلاطات غير متوفرة حاليًا.
Mandatory Criteria
A1 Bidder shall conform to the requirements specified in Purchase Specification (056-K-PSP-00005-001) and appendices included in tender.
يجب على مقدم العطاء الالتزام بالمتطلبات المحددة في مواصفات الشراء والملاحق المضمنة في العطاء.
A2 EXPERIENCE:
Bidder OR its Principal shall have designed, manufactured and supplied side entry, fixed angle, tank mixer/motor sets to Oil and Gas Companies in Bahrain or GCC
countries, as well as have at least 10 years of experience in supplying tank mixers equipment.
If the Bidder is not a manufacturer, the Bidder must provide an authorization letter from their principal to demonstrate the nature of their partnership arrangement.
Bidder shall provide "Reference Lists" of supplying similar equipment as documentary evidence. "Reference Lists" will be subject to verification during the bid evaluation process.
الخبرة:
يشترط في مقدم العرض أو وكيله أن يكون قد صمم وصنع وورّد مجموعات خلاطات/محركات خزانات ذات مدخل جانبي، وزاوية ثابتة، لشركات النفط والغاز في البحرين أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وأن يمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في توريد معدات خلاطات الخزانات.
إذا لم يكن مقدم العرض مُصنّعًا، فيجب عليه تقديم خطاب تفويض من وكيله لإثبات طبيعة اتفاقية الشراكة بينهما.
يُقدّم مقدم العرض "قوائم مرجعية" لتوريد معدات مماثلة كدليل مستندي. وستخضع "قوائم المراجع" للتحقق أثناء عملية تقييم العطاءات.

NOTE:
1- All documents specified under the relevant clauses of Tender documents must be submitted with the Bid as evidence to substantiate the Bidder's compliance to all the Bid evaluation criteria.
2- If the Bidder intends to propose any deviations to the specifications and seek any clarifications etc. the same shall be submitted after tendering prior to submission of the Bids (through Tender Board portal). Bapco
Refining will review and provide clarifications through Tender Addendums, before the submission of the Bids.
3- Inclusion of any deviations in the Bid is not acceptable and such Bids submitted with deviations would be liable to be rejected.
ملاحظة:
1- يجب تقديم جميع الوثائق المحددة في البنود ذات الصلة من وثائق المناقصة مع العطاء كدليل على امتثال مقدم العطاء لجميع معايير تقييم العطاء.
2- في حال رغبة مقدم العطاء في اقتراح أي تعديلات على المواصفات أو طلب أي توضيحات، فيجب تقديمها بعد تقديم العطاءات (عبر بوابة مجلس المناقصات). ستقوم شركة بابكو للتكرير بمراجعة العطاءات وتقديم التوضيحات من خلال ملاحق العطاءات قبل تقديمها.
3- لا يُقبل تضمين أي تعديلات في العطاء، وستكون العطاءات المقدمة مع أي تعديلات عرضة للرفض.
