Mandatory Criteria:
1. The company must be a recognized International Independent Inspection Company
2. The company must be comply with the Standard Practice for Petroleum and Petroleum Products (ISO 3171, API 8.2, and ASTM D4177 Standard
3. The company must be a registered member of either the TIC Council (representing the Testing, Inspection, and Certification sector) or the Energy Institute (EI).
4. The company must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in operating and maintaining auto-sampler equipment.
5.The contractor’s technicians must hold valid certification from the International Federation of Inspection Agencies (IFIA).
6.The contractor’s technicians must be trained and certified by the manufacturer or supplier of the auto-sampler equipment to perform routine maintenance and operate the equipment professionally.
7. The contractor must be eligible to provide new auto-samplers along with spare parts from the manufacturer when required.
8.The contractor’s Safety Officer must possess a NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Level 3) or an equivalent qualification, with prior work experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
