يهدف المشروع إلى إعادة هوية المباني الخمسة من خلال الحفاظ على النسيج العناصر التاريخية الموجودة. سيتم طرح هذا العطاء في خيارين (2): العطاء الأساسي (الخيار الأول) عقد مبلغ مقطوع لخدمات ما قبل العقد لإعادة تأهيل خمسة مباني تراثية بوزارة الصحة المنامة وهذا يشمل: الخدمات الاستشارية للتوثيق وإعداد الرسومات المبنية ودراسة سلامة الهيكل والمواد الأصلية للهياكل والتشطيبات وإعداد رسومات إعادة التأهيل المعمارية والمدنية والكهربائية والميكانيكية التفصيلية المقترحة لأعمال الإصلاح العامة  تجديد المباني القائمة  العطاء البديل (الخيار الثاني): عقد بمبلغ مقطوع مقابل خدمات ما قبل وما بعد العقد لإعادة تأهيل خمسة مباني تراثية بوزارة الصحة المنامة ويشمل ذلك المناقصة الأساسية بالإضافة إلى الخدمات الاستشارية للإشراف على المشروع خلال مراحل التنفيذ حتى فترة الضمان
