Tender Description
Purchase of 944 High Specification Computers , the Bidder is not allowed to submit more than one option , Partial awarding not accepted. The Supplier should be an authorized reseller, proposals from unauthorized reseller won’t be accepted, The Supplier should provide a certificate of (authorized reseller ), The supplied devices are to be covered by 5 years warranty from the original manufacturer (Back -to -back warranty , all devices to be purchased through the authorized sales channel ). During the period of the warranty , the vendor is responsible for picking up the reported items (if any) from the Polytechnic and then to bring them back after fixing , During the period of the warranty , the reported item needs to be fixed or replaced within a maximum of 3 working days (SLA), if not then vender is responsible on providing a free of charge replacement

During the period of the warranty , the vendor is responsible for picking up the reported items (if any) from the Polytechnic and then to bring them back after fixing , During the period of the warranty , the reported item needs to be fixed or replaced within a maximum of 3 working days (SLA), if not then vender is responsible on providing a free of charge replacement, شراء 944 جهاز كمبيوتر عالي المواصفات ، لا يسمح لمقدم العطاء بتقديم أكثر من خيار، ولا يقبل الترسية الجزئية . يجب أن يكون المورد موزعًا معتمدًا ، و لن يتم قبول المقترحات المقدمة من موزع غير معتمد ، و يجب على المورد تقديم شهادة ( الموزع المعتمد )، و يجب تغطية الأجهزة الموردة بضمان لمدة 5 سنوات من الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (ضمان خلفي ، جميع الأجهزة يتم شراؤها من خلال قناة البيع المعتمدة ) خلال فترة الضمان ، يكون البائع مسؤولاً عن استلام العناصر المبلغ عنها من البوليتكنك ثم إعادتها بعد إصلاحها ، خلال فترة الضمان ، يجب إصلاح العنصر المبلغ عنه أو استبداله خلال فترة الضمان بحد أقصى 3 أيام عمل (SLA) ، إذا لم يكن الأمر كذلك ، فإن البائع هو مسؤول عن توفير بديل مجاني. و يكون البائع مسؤولاً عن نقل الآلات الجديدة من مخازن البوليتكنك إلى الفصول الدراسية المخصصة و البائع مسؤول عن إدارة الكابلات للأجهزة المثبتة يجب ربط جميع الكابلات و تثبيتها بشكل صحي
