Tender Description

Polytechnic is requesting a New Annual Maintenance contract for Fire Panel for both Campuses all buildings A & B from Jan 2024 to 31 December 2026 The ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF FIRE & LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS AT CAMPUS A Includes Fire Alarm System , Fire Hose Reel , Fire Suppression System ,Closed Control Air Conditioning Unit ,Diesel Generator and for Campus B ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF FIRE & LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS AT CAMPUS B ,Fire Alarm System , Fire Suppression System ,Fire Hose Reel ,Fire Sprinkler System ,Gas Detection System for one lot both campus and the scope of routine maintenance shall be as follows During the period of the maintenance agreement ATC shall undertake to provide preventive maintenance and on call service. ATC Engineer Technician shall visit the site once every three months during the period of agreement and carry out preventive maintenance and routine checks to ensure the equipment described above is in proper working condition. All necessary checks shall be carried out

Bahrain Polytechnic is Requesting New AMC Fire Panel For Both Campuses All Buildings (A & B) From Jan 2024 To 31 December 2026 For A Period Of 3 Years. The Annual Maintenance Of Fire & Life Safety Systems At Campus A Includes Fire Alarm System ,Fire Hose Reel, Fire Suppression System ,Closed Control Air Conditioning Unit

And Diesel Generator. And For The Annual Maintenance Of Fire & Life Safety Systems At Campus B Will Include Fire Alarm System, Fire Suppression System ,Fire Hose Reel, Fire Sprinkler System And Gas Detection System 

Scope of maintenance for each service will be detailed in the RFP

 

تطلب بوليتكنك البحرين الواح حريق جديدة لكلا الحرمين الجامعيين وجميع المباني (أ و ب ) من 1 يناير 2024 الى 31 ديسمبر 2026

لمدة 3 سنوات تشمل الصيانة السنوية لأنظمة مكافحة الحريق وسلامة الحياة في الحرم الجامعي أ يتضمن ذلك نظام انذار الحريق ، نظام بكرة خرطوم الحريق ، نظام اخماد الحرائق ، ونظام وحدة تكييف الهواء ذات التحكم المغلق ونظام مولد الديزل.

وبالنسبة للصيانة السنوية لأنظمة مكافحة الحريق وسلامة الحياة في الحرم الجامعي فسوف تشمل نظام انذار الحريق ونظام اخماد الحرائق ونظام بكرة خرطوم الحريق ونظام رشاشات الحريق ونظام الكشف عن الغاز وسيتم تفصيل نطاق الصيانة لكل خدمة في طلب تقديم العروض

How to Participate?

  • Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Monday, 11 December 2023
  • Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
  • For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
  • The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Insurance Policy.(or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
  • The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
  • This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
  • In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
    • Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
    • Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
  • This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
