HBH through this RFPintends to outsource Project Management services for a period of one (1) yearby hiring a consultant as a full / part time employee as a Project Manager /Coordinator to provide comprehensive coordination and support services byworking with the team on the development of comprehensive operationalconcepts, Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT), hospitalityservices and any other projects related to airport and hospitality industry.

The Bidder shall fulfil the following mandatory qualifications. Incase any Bidder, fails to meet any one of the following mandatoryqualifications, it shall be disqualified from the tender process and theirbid will not be evaluated any further.

I. The Bidder shoulddemonstrate the experience of providing outsourced staff services in at leastfor last two (2) years.

II. The Bidder shoulddemonstrate by submitting a valid and good standing Commercial Registration(CR) certificate that it is allowed to carry out the business.

III. The Bidder mustprovide at least 6 number of resumes for selection process.

In case the Bidder does not meet any of the above requirements, theBidder will be disqualified.

تعتزم هلا بحرين للضيافة من خلال طلب تقديم العروض هذا الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية لخدمات إدارة المشاريع لمدة عام واحد (1) من خلال تعيين استشاري كموظف بدوام كامل / جزئي كمدير / منسق مشروع لتقديم خدمات تنسيق ودعم شاملة من خلال العمل مع الفريق على تطوير مفاهيم تشغيلية شاملة ، والجاهزية التشغيلية ونقل المطار (ORAT) ، وخدمات الضيافة وأي مشاريع أخرى تتعلق بصناعة المطارات والضيافة.

يجب أن يستوفي العارض المؤهلات الإلزامية التالية. في حالة فشل أي مقدم عطاء في تلبية أي من المؤهلات الإلزامية التالية، سيتم استبعاده من عملية المناقصة ولن يتم تقييم عطاءه بعد ذلك.

أولا: يجب على مقدم العطاء إثبات خبرته في تقديم خدمات الموظفين الخارجية في آخر سنتين (2) على الأقل.

ثانيًا. يجب على مقدم العطاء أن يبرهن من خلال تقديم شهادة سجل تجاري (CR) سارية وجيدة الأداء أنه مسموح له بمزاولة الأعمال التجارية.

ثالثا. يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم 6 عدد من السير الذاتية على الأقل لعملية الاختيار.

في حالة عدم استيفاء مقدم العطاء لأي من المتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه ، سيتم استبعاد مقدم العطاء.

How to Participate?

Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Tuesday, 14 March 2023
Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
- Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
- Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
