Tender Description

Bahrain Airport Company is hosting Routes World 2024 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which is scheduled from the 6th to the 8th of October 2024, at the World Exhibition Bahrain. The event is attended by Aviation Industry representatives including airlines, airports, tourism authorities and more. As part of BAC’s obligation as a host, city and airport branding is required to promote and showcase the event to the 2,500 visitors. An agency is required to provide booking and production for Out Of House branding in the city and at the Airport and to produce dedicated personnel desks at 10 designated hotels hosting our guests. The branding activities are scheduled to run from October 2nd to October 9th, 2024. Mandatory Requirements 1. Include both the production and installation within the proposal. 2. Submit 3 previous examples of a similar project. 3. Fill in the BoQ table in document 4 (Appendix 5), ensuring the capabilities of providing all of the locations mentioned within the table.

Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) ishosting Routes World 2024 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which is scheduled fromthe 6th to the 8th of October 2024, at the World Exhibition Bahrain (EWB).

Routes World is a unique event thatbrings together the global route development community. The event is attendedby Aviation Industry representatives including airlines, airports, tourismauthorities and more.

As part of BAC’s obligation as ahost, city and airport branding is required to promote and showcase the eventto the 2,500 visitors. A renowned agency is required to provide booking andproduction for Out Of House (OOH) branding in the city and at the Airport.

The agency is also required toproduce dedicated personnel desks at 10 designated hotels hosting our guests.

Thebranding activities are scheduled to run from October 2nd to October 9th,2024.

 

MandatoryRequirements

1. The bidder is to include both the production andinstallation within the proposal.

2. The bidder is to submit 3 previous examples of asimilar project.

يُعد "Routes World" حدثًا فريدًا يجمع مجتمعتطوير المسارات والطرق الجوية العالمي. بحضور الفعالية ممثلو صناعة الطيران بمافي ذلك شركات الطيران، والمطارات، وهيئات السياحة، والمزيد.

كجزء من التزام شركة مطارالبحرين بصفتها المضيفة، يجب وضع العلامة التجارية والاعلانات الخاصة بالفعالية فيالشوارع في مناطق متفرقة في البحرين والمطار للترويج للحدث وعرضه أمام 2500 زائر، لذا فأنالشركة في حاجة الى تعيين شركة إعلانات معروفة تقوم بحجز المساحات الاعلانيةالخارجية وطباعتها وتنفيذ مكاتب مخصصة للموظفين في 10 فنادق معينة تستضيف ضيوفنا.

 

 

متطلبات الزامية

يجب على مقدمي العطاءات استيفاء المتطلبات الإلزامية المذكورة في بوابة BTB وإعلان المناقصة للتأهل للتقييم الفني/المالي.

أ‌.       يجب على مقدم العرض تضمين كل من الإنتاجوالتركيب ضمن العرض

ب‌.    يجب على مقدم العرض تقديم ثلاثة أمثلة سابقةلمشروع مماثل

ت‌.    يجب على مقدم العرض ملء جدول عرض الأسعار فيالمستند 4 (الملحق 5)، مع ضمان القدرة على توفير جميع المواقع المذكورة فيالجدول

How to Participate?

  • Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Monday, 01 July 2024
  • Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
  • For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
  • The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Insurance Policy.(or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
  • The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
  • This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
  • In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
    • Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
    • Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
  • This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
