Option-1: Renovation works of Adhari Waterfall Wall which comprises of the following, crack repairing, and painting works on wall, also the work includes structural repair of some areas. It also includes supply & fixing of pump, and all other necessary works to complete the work. Option-2: Demolition of Adhari Waterfall and rebuilding it using reinforced fiberglass as an external structure supported from the inside with a steel structure with all associated construction works to complete the project which comprises of but not limited to (earthwork, foundation, steel frame... etc.)

نطاق العمل والمواصفات:

الخيار الأول: أعمال ترميم " شلال عذاري" والتي تشمل الأعمال التالية ، إصلاح الشقوق ، وطلاء الجدران ، كما تشمل الأعمال الإصلاح الإنشائي لبعض المناطق. كما يشمل توريد وتركيب المضخة وكافة الأعمال الأخرى اللازمة لإتمام العمل.

 الخيار الثاني: أعمال هدم "شلال عذاري" وإعادة بناءه باستخدام الألياف الزجاجية المقواة كهيكل خارجي مدعم من الداخل بهيكل صلب مع جميع اعمال البناء المرتبطة بها لإنجاز المشروع

بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال "لا الحصر" (الأعمال الترابية ، الأساس ، الإطار الفولاذي ... الخ)
