This project aims to design, supply, and install a high-performance Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure through the deployment of 1200 structured network points across the identified locations. Mandatory Requirements
Bidders shall follow and meet the following Mandatory/Essential Requirements. Offers not complying with these requirements shall be rejected and not considered for evaluation:
1- The bidder must be an authorized and certified local partner qualified to supply and implement structured cabling and LAN infrastructure solutions. A valid partnership or authorization certificate from the proposed cabling system manufacturer (e.g., CommScope, Panduit, Schneider) must be submitted.
2- At least 80% of the bidder’s technical team (four members) assigned to the project must be certified network or structured cabling engineers, holding valid credentials related to structured cabling, fiber optics, or LAN installation standards. Copies of all relevant certifications must be included in the bid along with the proposed project team structure.
3- The bidder must be certified by the cabling system manufacturer to deliver structured cabling and LAN installation services.
4- The bidder must demonstrate proven experience in successfully delivering at least three structured cabling or network point installation projects within the last five years. Project references, completion certificates, and client endorsements must be provided as evidence.
