,MANDATORY CRITERIA The Bidder or Bidder's agent shall provide the following details along with documentary evidence. Only the bids complying with all Mandatory Criteria will be considered for technical and commercial evaluation.
A1. Consultant Experience:
The Bidder must have a minimum number of years of experience in structural & architectural works, MEP works, and Interior Design as specified in Appendix C. The Bidder shall submit evidence confirming the claimed experience. Bidder to fill table in Appendix C.
A2. Manpower:
The Bidder shall provide CVs as documentary evidence of their proposed manpower demonstrating that they have the minimum years of experience as per Appendix B. Bidder to fill table in Appendix B.
A3.CRPEP Certification:
The Bidder shall be registered in The Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) to perform Civil and Architectural design works in Bahrain with Grade A.
