1- It is a Two envelope tender. Technical response should not include any prices. Technical response will be opened first and bids that pass the cut off point will be evaluated Financially.
2- Sakhir Campus at University of Bahrain is supplied through a 11kV underground cables ring connecting distribution substations which supply the LV network of the Campus using LV Distribution panels. Current installed underground cables and substations electrical apparatuses (Ring Main Units, Transformers, LV Boards,…) are old and show often working anomalies. To this end, University of Bahrain (UOB) aims at hiring a Consultant to assess and upgrade its current electrical network. The Consultant is required to carry out and assessment of the current network, propose an effective action plan to upgrade the network and assist UOB in coming up with a healthy and energy efficient electrical network and satisfying EWA standards.
1- إنها مناقصة على مظروفين . يجب ألا تتضمن العطاءات الفنية على أية أسعار حيث سيتم فتح العطاءات الفنية أولاً وسيتم تقييم العطاءات المالية الفائزة بالتقييم الفني.
2- تتغذى الشبكة الكهربائية بالحرم الجامعي بالصخير بجامعة البحرين حالياً من الضغط الكهربائي المنخفض وذلك عن طريق كابلات تحت أرضية ومحطات كهربائية فرعية 11kV تتميز الكابلات التحت أرضية والمحطات الكهربائية الفرعية حالياً بإنتهاء عمرها الإفتراضي نتج عنه ظهور أعطال فنية تشغيلية من حين إلى آخر، ولهذا أرتأت جامعة البحرين إلى النظر في تعيين إستشاري وذلك بنية تقييم وتجديد تحديث شبكتها الكهربائية الحالية.. المطلوب أو المرجو من الاستشاري المعين تقييم أداء الشبكة الكهربائية الحالية ثم طرح خطة فعالة مجدية لتحديث الشبكة الكهربئية ومساعدة جامعة البحرين في الوصول إلى شبكة كهربائية صحية ومجدية في الطاقة تتماشى مع مواصفات هيئة الكهرباء والماء.
