OTM Mumbai 2024 Set-up, Fabrication, Build-up, Delivery and Dismantling of Exhibition Stand BTEA invites responses Tenders to this Request for Proposals RFP from entities, institutions Bidders to Provide Exhibition Stand (OTM Mumbai 2024) Set-up, Fabrication, Build-up, Delivery and Dismantling of as described in this RFP, Scope of Work. Any contract that may result from this Tender will be issued for a period of 1 Year (one-time to build up the stand), with renewal for a similar project at the discretion of BTEA up to 2 times for the same event in the next years. Please note that the below mentioned points are mandatory requirements:

1- If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the RFP SOW - it will not be considered in this tender, it be suspended and not evaluated.

2- The bidder shall submit a list of at least 13 previous projects in international destinations within the past 7 years which were implemented by the same company that bought the tender.

3- The bidder shall include in the proposal details about the project manager within the same company that bought the tender who shall be responsible of all the elements of the project including physically attending pre and during exhibition days and shall have enough experience in international exhibitions withing the field mentioning the client names, dates and details in the last 8 years with a minimum of 10 international projects within the same field.

تدعو هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض الشركات المتخصصة لتقديم عرضها لمناقصة إعداد وتصنيع وبناء وتسليم وتفكيك منصة العرض لمعرض OTM Mumbai 2024 حسب نطاق العمل الموضح في وثائق المناقصة على ان تكون مدة التعاقد سنة قابلة للتجديد لتشييد المنصة للمعرض ذاته للسنة التي تلية.

على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تستوفي الشروط الآتية:

1- مطابقة فرع سجلها التجاري لنشاط نطاق العمل المطلوب حسب ماهو مذكور في وثائق المناقصة 2- ان تكون الشركة ذاتها مستوفية لشرط بخبره لا تقل عن 13 مشروع سابق في الاسواق العالمية خلال السبعة اعوام الماضية. 3- ان تكون الشركة ذاتها مستوفية لشرط توفير فريق ومسئول مشاريع لديه خبره لاتقل عن10 مشاريع سابقة في الاسواق العالمية بخبره لاتقل عن 8 سنوات.

How to Participate?

Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Sunday, 03 September 2023
Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
- Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
- Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
