Tender Description

يشمل نطاق العمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، توفير خدمات اختبار إنتاج الآبار على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع طوال مدة العقد، بما في ذلك الاختبار الفوري للآبار (Well Testing)، الاختبار الممتد للآبار (EWT)، اختبار الآبار منخفضة الإنتاج (LPT)، وحزم مرافق الإنتاج المبكر (EPF). وتشمل الخدمات القياس الدقيق للنفط والغاز والمكثفات باستخدام معدات متخصصة، وتوفير وحدات اختبار متنقلة بالكامل مع الطاقم والبرمجيات اللازمة، إضافةً إلى تكامل أنظمة تحكم مرافق الإنتاج المبكر (EPF) مع أنظمة الـ SCADA التابعة للشركة. كما سيتم توفير الحزم والخدمات الإضافية بناءً على طلبات الاستدعاء (Call-Off) من قبل الشركة

,Mandatory Criteria: 

1-The Bidder must have proven minimum 5  years of demonstrated experience in the Well Production Testing Projects with documented evidence as required

2- The Bidder must have a  minimum of 3 contracts or relevant projects (ongoing or completed for the last 3 years)  involving similar services in the well production testing projects as required

3- The Bidder has to provide the required  technical competency as per project requirement,  along with certifications and corresponding CV's in respective areas or discipline

4- The Bidder must have the ability to prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders, communicating findings and providing recommendations (e.g to provide past records on the well analysis reports, etc.)

5- The Bidder must have the ability to perform the required supply and services for the different Testing Packages as per Annex B Attachment 2 of the tender package.

6- The Bidder must have ample equipment spares and must provide equipment asset list for a minimum requirement for 3 packages under EPF / EWT & 1 Packages under TMU & 1 Package under LPT

7- The Bidder must have the capability to manage warehouse or site-level inventory including critical spare parts. Bidder to provide the critical spare parts list.

8- The Bidder's personnel should be trained to the highest industry standards, with certifications in relevant areas. including provision for the Training Matrix.

9- The Bidder must have presence of GCC Based Facilities, Workshops & minimum Equipment list  to carry out relevant jobs required for the onshore drilling & well production testing services & must meet the ff: criteria along with evidences

10- The Bidder must operate an effective documented quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, or a COMPANY approved equivalent such as ASME or API.  Certificate to be submitted

11- The Bidder "MUST" complete the QMS Questionnaire and provide acceptable responses with supporting documents or evidence

12- The Bidder must meet the applicable BU HSE requirements such as HSE Plan. Bidder to submit a copy of their Company's HSE Plan including Skill / HSE Training Matrix, HSE Policy signed by contractor management

13- The Bidder must complete the HSE Questionnaire with focus on IIR & Severity Rate information for the last 3 years and adequacy of bidder responses to the other questionnaire information requests as per Oil & Gas Industry Standards. Evidences/ justifications are required for each question.

14- The Bidder's HSE Representative- shall have in their full time employment as part of their overhead structure, a NEBOSH or equivalent qualified Safety Officer with five (5) years of previous work experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry. HSE Organization chart shall be submitted

15- The Bidder must provide their Company's HSE Accreditations - List accreditations OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001.

16- The Bidder must submit their Company's last 3 years audited financial statements with Clean Audit Opinion along with supporting documents or evidence.


How to Participate?

  • Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Thursday, 02 April 2026
  • Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
  • For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
  • The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Insurance Policy.(or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
  • The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
  • This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
  • In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
    • Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
    • Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
  • This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
