Bapco Upstream is responsible for all Upstream operations in the Kingdom, including oil and gas exploration, development, and production activities, in addition to gas distribution and sales. Bapco Upstream is publishing this tender for the supply, install, testing and commissioning of fire alarm system integration from BOSCH and Zeta Fire alarm control panels.
Mandatory Criteria
1 Bidder has provided compliance to the Work pack and specifications
2 Bidder to confirm by letter, compliance with all applicable Codes and Standards referred in the work pack specification, including NFPA 72.
3 Bidder has provided confirmation for site installation , programming, integartion, commissioning and start-up with proof of authorised and certified trained manpower under full time employment who have adequate experience and demonstrated the ability to manage commissioning activities.
4 Bidder shall have local or regional representation for supporting troubleshooting and maintenance requirements. Bidder shall include a confirmation letter.
5 If Bidder will source materials directly from the authorized agent. Bidder has submitted a written confirmation along with Evidence in the bid (like letter of intention, agent appointing letter).
