Design, Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Uniforms & Banquet Linen for The New Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre

BTEA invites responses (Tenders) to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from entities, institutions (Bidders) for   Design, Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Uniforms & Banquet Linen as described in this RFP.

 Please note that the below mentioned points are mandatory requirements:

1-If the bidder Has no relevant CR (branch number) activity as per the below-mentioned SOW for each section - it will not be considered in this tender, it be suspended and not evaluated.

The Company or the Establishment that bought the tender documents shall submit the tender, and all required documents, by itself and with the Commercial Registration in which it bought the tender documents. In case the Company or the Establishment intends to submit its bid or any other required documents through others, an authorization to that effect shall be accompanied with bid, otherwise the bid will not be accepted. For more explanation, a claim that the Company submitted the bid or a document is a branch, a shareholder, a holding company or an agent of the Company that bought the tender documents will not be accepted.

2-If the submitted proposal did not include Design, Manufacture, Tailoring, Supply and Delivery of Uniforms & Banquet Linen it will not be considered in this tender, it be suspended and not evaluated.

3-Bidder must provide a statement in the bid submission declaring that all the items will be delivered before 15th of September 2022.

Supplier who will not provide this letter and the required items before this date, it will be suspended and not be considered in this tender

تصميم وخياطة وتوريد الازياء الرسمية و اقمشة طاولات الضيافة لمركز البحرين الدولي للمعارض والموتمرات الجديد

تدعو هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض الشركات المتخصصة لتقديم عروضها في مجالتصميم وخياطة وتوريد الازياء الرسمية و اقمشة طاولات الضيافة لمركز البحرين الدولي للمعارض والموتمرات الجديد ، على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تستوفي الشروط التالية:

 1- مطابقة فرع سجلها التجاري لنشاط نطاق العمل المطلوب في كل قسم من اقسام نطاق العمل حسب ماهو مذكور في وثائق المناقصة

 يجب ان تقوم الشركة او الموسسة  مشترية وثائق المناقصة بتقديم العطاء وكافة المستندات باسمها وبرقم سجلها التجاري ( والفرع)  الذي اشترت به وثائق المناقصة وفي حال تفويض غيرها في تقديم العطاء او اي من المستندات المطلوب فيجب ان يكون العطاء مصحوبا بتفويض لتقديم العطاء أو المستندات، ولايقبل اي عطاء او مستند مقدم من شركة أو مؤسسة لم تشتر وثائق المناقصة ولم ترفق بالعطاء تفويضا بتقديمة، ولمزيد من التوضيح فإنه لايقبل الادعاء بان الشركة مقدمة العطاء أو المستند هي فرع للشركة مشترية الوثائق او مساهمه فيها أو قابضة لها أو وكية عنها حال عدم تقديم التفويض المذكور مع العطاء.

 2- ان يشمل عرضها المقدم على تصميم وخياطة وتوريد الازياء الرسمية و اقمشة طاولات الضيافة لمركز البحرين الدولي للمعارض والموتمرات الجديد

3- ان تستوفي ذكر شرط استيفاء تنفيذ نطاق قبل تاريخ 15 سبتمبر 2022

 وسيتم استبعاد الشركات الغير مستوفية لهذه الشروط والتي تقدم عرضها خلاف ذلك.
