تتطلب بابكو للاستكشاف والانتاج على توفير القوى العاملة التكميلية للشركة لكل من المواطنين وغير المواطنين للمساعدة في تنفيذ المشاريع ذات المدة والتعقيد لطبيعة المشروع الذي يملي الى مستوى المهارة المطلوب للقوى العاملة الموردة وهو توفير موظفين ذوي مهارات عالية للعمل في عمليات التنقيب عن النفط والغاز في بابكو للاستكشاف والانتاج لدعم تطوير حقل البحرين من خلال اتفاقية موقعة لمدة خمس سنوات.
Bapco Upstream requires supplemental manpower both Nationals and Expatriates to be provided to assist with execution of projects with varying duration and complexity for the nature of the project dictates the skill level required for the supplied manpower and to supplied manpower is the provision of highly skilled personnel to work in BU oil and gas upstream operations in support of the Bahrain Field development through a signed agreement for five years terms.
1.1 Bidder has a staffed office in Bahrain (Employees who will be providing the service to the Company) - List of positions along with the CV's required.
1.2 Bidder has experience in Oil and Gas staffing and manpower supplying in Bahrain or GCC countries (Supporting documents required).
1.3 Submission of the last three (03) years (2021, 2022, 2023) audited statements with clean Audit Opinion.
NOTE:
Bidder must have a valid license for recruiting manpower supply to work for the Company but is not limited to the items listed in the (Attachment 1 to Exhibit A - Sample of Positions)
