Gulf Air wishes to issue a new International Public Tender for the Supply of Dental Kit for Inflight Services Item for a contract period of Three (3) years
Knock-out criteria:
1. Supplier do not comply with the below delivery mode will be disqualified: o International suppliers to include GF stores or CNF/CIF/DDP Bahrain.
o Local supplier to deliver to Gulf Air stores.
2. Proposals with no samples will be disqualified, all samples to be delivered directly to Procurement Dept. at Gulf Air Head quarters before the closing date of the tender.
3. Samples received should comply with the specifications mentioned in Appendix A and will be treated as Pre production samples. Proposals with Samples that don’t comply to the Appendix A will be disqualified.
4. Suppliers who do not pass 10% of the standard quality evaluation of the full kit, the proposal will not be financially evaluated.

· 1. سيتم استبعاد المورد في حال عدم الالتزام بطرق التسليم أدناه:
· الموردين الدوليين: يشملون مخازن طيران الخليج أو CNF/CIF/DDP البحرين
· الموردين المحلين: التوصيل إلى مخازن طيران الخليج
· 2. سيتم استبعاد العروض التي لا تحتوي على عينات، وسيتم تسليم جميع العينات مباشرة إلى قسم المشتريات في المقر الرئيسي لشركة طيران الخليج قبل تاريخ إغلاق المناقصة.
· 3. يجب أن تكون العينات المُقدمة مطابقة للمواصفات المذكورة في الملحق (A) و سيتم التعامل معها على انها عينات ما قبل الإنتاج. سيتم استبعاد المقترحات التي تحتوي على عينات لا تتوافق مع الملحق A.
· 4. إذا كان متوسط درجة تقييم الجودة أقل من 10% من تقييم الجودة للمجموعة الكاملة، لن يتم تقييم الاقتراح مالياً.
