Tender Description

يهدف المشروع إلى التعاقد مع مقاول متخصص لتوريد وتركيب وحدات ترشيح بالأغشية عالية الكفاءة في محطة الهملة لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، بهدف تحسين جودة المياه المعالجة وضمان مطابقتها المستمرة لمعايير وزارة الأشغال. يشمل النطاق توفير نظام متكامل يضم وحدات الأغشية وجميع المعدات والملحقات اللازمة، مع دمجها ضمن المنظومة القائمة بكفاءة وموثوقية عالية.

يجب أن تكون الوحدات مصممة لتناسب ظروف التشغيل الفعلية وقادرة على التعامل مع التغيرات في الأحمال دون التأثير على جودة المياه، مع ضمان تحقيق نتائج مخبرية مطابقة للمعايير البيئية المعتمدة. كما يلتزم المقاول بضمان الأداء الكامل لمدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات، متضمناً التشغيل التجريبي، اختبارات القبول، برامج الصيانة، تدريب الكوادر، وتوفير الدعم الفني لضمان استدامة التشغيل

أ.  عدم قبول العروض التي لا تتضمن تحديد مدة التسليم.

ب.  الحد الأقصى لمدة التسليم هو (5) أشهر.

ت.  يلتزم المقاول بتحديد مدة التسليم للمواد الموردة.

المتطلبات الإلزامية:

 

1. الالتزام التام بالمعلومات المقدمة في استمارة تقديم العطاء
 يجب على مقدم العطاء ملأ استمارة تقديم العطاء بشكل كامل .

2. الالتزام التام بالمعلومات الواردة في شهادتي إقرار الالتزام بالمناقصة وتحديد الأسعار بشكل مستقل (ملحقات استمارة تقديم العطاء )

·         يجب طباعة الشهادتين المذكورتين على الورق الرسمي لمقدم العطاء ، كما يجب توقيعها وختمها من قبل مقدم العطاء في حال عدم تقديم ما سبق أو عدم استيفاء الشروط المطلوبة ، سيتم استبعاد العطاء .

·         لن يتم قبول أي مؤهلات، أو استثناءات، أو افتراضات، أو تعديلات من قبل مقدم العطاء.

سيؤدي عدم استيفاء المتطلبات الإلزامية من قبل مقدم العطاء إلى الاستبعاد من هذه المناقصة.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Full compliance with Form of Tender

• The Tenderer must submit a complete and duly filled form.

2. Full compliance with Declaration of Compliance and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix to Form of Tender)

•These forms must be submitted on the Tenderer’s official letter head, signed and stamped accordingly. If the tenderer failed to submit these forms, his tender will be disqualified.

•If the Tenderer submitted any qualifications, reservations, assumptions or conditions, his tender will be disqualified


How to Participate?

  • Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Thursday, 16 April 2026
  • Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-.
  • For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to attach the initial bond as stated above and it must be included within the technical bid.
  • The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Bank Transfer (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
  • If the bidder chooses to submit the initial bond in the form of a Bank transfer, the guarantee amount must be provided as a fixed amount mentioned and not as a percentage of the bid value.
  • The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
  • In addition, the following shall be considered:
    • Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
    • Enclose copy of a valid Bahrainisation Certificate issued by the Ministry of Labour.
  • This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage when participating in tenders, and in auctions related to service facilities within government entities premises, however this shall not apply to tenders of a special nature. SMEs bidders shall submit along with their bids the valid SMEs Certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, which can be obtained through the following link (https://www.moic.gov.bh/index.php/en/sme_services)
