The Inlet Screen Project at Tubli Treatment Plant constitutes the primary treatment phase and involves the operation and maintenance of the inlet screen and its associated equipment The upcoming six months aim to bridge the gap between the existing contract and the Phase4 project The projects scope includes of the INLET FINE STEP SCREEN MACHINES AND SUBSYSTEM This involves overseeing the functioning of the fine step screen machines and associated subsystems Execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance PPM Trained technicians will conduct daily monthly and quarterly PPM as well as emergency repairs for the fine step screen machines and all related equipment systems Procurement and Provisioning of Spare Parts The project will involve the purchase and supply of both planned and emergency spare parts through a designated provisional allocation The emphasis during these eight months will be on maintaining seamless operations and ensuring the proper functioning

The Inlet Screen Project at Tubli Treatment Plant constitutes the primary treatment phase and involves the operation and maintenance of the inlet screen and its associated equipment. The upcoming six months aim to bridge the gap between the existing contract and the Phase-4 project.

 

The project's scope includes:

-           of the "INLET - FINE STEP SCREEN MACHINES AND SUBSYSTEM": This involves overseeing the functioning of the fine step screen machines and associated subsystems.

-          Execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Trained technicians will conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly PPM, as well as emergency repairs for the fine step screen machines and all related equipment/systems.

-          Procurement and Provisioning of Spare Parts: The project will involve the purchase and supply of both planned and emergency spare parts through a designated provisional allocation.

The emphasis during these eight months will be on maintaining seamless operations and ensuring the proper functioning of the treatment process until the Phase-4 project is initiated. This transitional period aims to facilitate continuity, minimizing disruptions in the treatment plant's operations and maintaining efficiency in wastewater treatment processes.

المشروع الخاص بمصفاة هوبر في محطة معالجة توبلي يشمل مرحلة المعالجة الأولية ويتضمن تشغيل وصيانة مصفاة هوبر مع جميع المعدات المرتبطة بها.. ويهدف هذا المشروع لمدة ست أشهر إلى تغطية الفجوة بين العقد الحالي ومشروع التوسعة للمرحلة الرابعة لمحطة توبلي لمعالجة الصرف الصحي والتأكد من سلاسة سير عمل وتشغيل المعدات التي تمثل أهمية كبيرة حيث أنها تعتبر أول عملية معالجة في المحطة والخلل فيها يؤدي إلى  تعطل في سير عملية المعالجة

 

نطاق عمل المشروع يتضمن

تشغيل آلات مصفاة هوبر والنظام الفرعي للمدخل حيث يتعين مراقبة عمل آلات مصفاة هوبر والأنظمة الفرعية المرتبطة بها

تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية المخططة يقوم فنيون مدربون بإجراء صيانة وقائية يومية وشهرية وفصلية بالإضافة إلى إصلاحات الطوارئ لآلات مصفاة هوبر وجميع المعدات الأنظمة ذات الصلة

شراء وتوفير قطع الغيار سيشمل المشروع شراء وتوريد قطع الغيار المخطط لها والطارئة من خلال تخصيص مبلغ مؤقت

 

التركيز خلال هذه الثمانية أشهر سيكون على الحفاظ على سير العمليات بسلاسة وضمان عملية المعالجة الصحيحة حتى يتم الانتهاء من مشروع التوسعة المرحلة الرابعة وتهدف هذه الفترة الانتقالية إلى تسهيل الاستمرارية وتقليل الانقطاعات في عمليات محطة المعالجة والحفاظ على كفاءة عمليات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي


How to Participate?

  • Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Monday, 08 December 2025
  • Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
  • For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
  • The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Insurance Policy.(or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
  • The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
  • This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
  • In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
    • Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
    • Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
  • This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
