BAPCO REFINING INTENDS TO ISSUE LOCAL PUBLIC TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF METALLOGRAPHY EQUIPMENTS THE MATERIALS REQUIRED UNDER THE SPECIFICATION MENTIONED IN TENDER DOCUMENTS BIDDERS SHALL FULLY MEET WITH ALL THE COMPANYS REQUIREMENTS AS OUTLINED UNDER THIS SPECIFICATION

تعتزم شركة بابكو للتكرير طرح مناقصة عامة محلية لتوريد معدات علم المعادن المواد المطلوبة مذكورة في المواصفات المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة يجب على مقدمي العطاءات استيفاء جميع متطلبات الشركة الموضحة في هذه المواصفات
Mandatory Criteria (English):
1.1 | Experience
Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing metallography lab equipment.
Proven track record of supplying equipment to at least 5 reputablelaboratories or industrial clients in the last 10 years (preferablyin oil &gas, petrochemical, or materials testing sectors).
The Bidder shall submit along with the Bid document, company profile, clientreferences or copies of Purchase Orders/Agreements or case studies of similarprojects |
1.2 | Technical Specification Compliance
Equipment must meet or exceed the technical specification disclosed in thistender as perFile#1
Bidder shall submit along with the Bid document that detailed technicaldatasheets must be submitted for each item. |
1.3 | The following equipment which require consumable materialsshall be manufactured by the same company.
- Abrasive Cutting machine
- Hot Mounting Machine
- Grinding & Polishing Machine
- Electrolytic Polishing & Etching Machine
The Bidder shall submit along with the Bid that , A letter on the companyletter head to substantiate the above |
Note | Only Bidderscomplying with above Mandatory criteria will be considered for the nextstage of evaluation i.e., compliance to the Weighted criteria (2.0). Alldocuments specified under relevant clauses SHALL be submitted along withBid as evidence to substantiate the Bidders compliance to all the Mandatory& Weighted criteria |
