Project brief in :
The project aims to enhance the area by developing the sewers network. The general scope of works for the proposed scheme includes provision, construction, and installation of a gravity sewer by open trench, a new 50 L/S capacity Lift Station and a new 180 L/S Pump Station as presented in the Tender Drawings.
1. Construction of 150mm diameter 2.301km of lateral/house connection sewer network.
2. 4.799 km of Ø200mm – Ø600mm of main sewer line via open trench method.
3. Construction of 199 numbers of house connections for existing houses and 57 numbers of stubs for future houses as per standard specifications.
4. Construction of 50 LPS lift station along with discharge chamber.
5. Construction of 180 LPS pump station along with discharge chamber.
6. De-commission of two (2) existing Lift Stations (E15 & E15A).
7. Construction of 175 numbers of manholes on main line.
a) Manholes (Type F) - 41 no’s
b) Manholes (Type G) - 01 no’s
c) Manholes (Type H) - 133 no’s
وصف المشروع
يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز المنطقة من خلال تطوير شبكة الصرف الصحي. يشمل بناء شبكة صرف صحي تتدفق بتأثير الجاذبية عن طريق حفر الخنادق (open trench) وإنشاء محطة رفع صرف صحي (lift station) جديدة بسعة 50 لتر/ثانية وإنشاء محطة ضخ صرف صحي (Pump station) جديدة بسعة 180 لتر/ثانية كما موضح في رسومات المناقصة.
1. بناء شبكة صرف صحي (أنابيب فرعية/ توصيلات منزلية) بطول 2.301 كيلو متر وبقطر 150 مم.
2. بناء شبكة صرف صحي (أنابيب رئيسية) بطول 4.799 كيلو متر وبقطر يتراوح بين 200مم إلى 600مم عن طريق حفر الخنادق (open trench).
3. بناء مائة وتسعة وتسعون (199) توصيلات لمنازل القائمة وسبعة وخمسون (57) توصيلات مستقبلية للمنازل حسب المواصفات القياسية.
4. بناء محطة رفع صرف صحي رئيسية بسعة 50 لتر/ثانية.
5. بناء محطة ضخ صرف صحي رئيسية بسعة 180 لتر/ثانية.
6. تفكيك وايقاف تشغيل (2)محطتي رفع الصرف الصحي.(E15 & E15A)
7. بناء مائة وخمسة وسبعون (175) غرفة كشف/تفتيش (manholes) للصرف الصحي، مصنفة:
أ. غرفة كشف/تفتيش من (نوعF ) - 14 غرفة.
ب. غرفة كشف/تفتيش من (نوعG ) - 01 غرفة.
ت. غرفة كشف/تفتيش من (نوع H) - 133 غرفة.
