Description of Access Control Tender: We are seeking a centralized management console to oversee the access control of all premises belonging to iGA Information & eGovernment Authority. The purpose of this tender is to upgrade the access control system across five different locations Juffair, Isa Town, Al Barsha Muharraq, Seef Mall Muharraq, and Mina Salman, ensuring a unified approach to access control devices and systems. We are specifically interested in acquiring new devices that possess advanced features such as face recognition, fingerprint scanning, and CPR Card implementation. By implementing a new biometric access control system, we aim to efficiently manage door lock access and scheduling across all biometric devices, eliminating any potential issues, interruptions, or delays. Ultimately, this system upgrade will significantly enhance security measures and improve overall building management effectiveness.

Provide a centralized management console for the access control to manage all iGA premises including all three branched (Muharraq, Juffair, Isa Town) the IGA is looking for a two-year period agreement for the access control.
The Bellow are the mandatory criteria for the tender.
1.The company should have at least6 Years of experience in implementation of Access Control Systems in 5 entities in Bahrain in the past 5 years including implementation and installation of10 or more access control devices per entity.
2. The access control reader needs to have the functionality to recognize and read Bahrain National ID Card, commonly referred to as CPR.
3. Number of Employees in the company should be at least 20.
