MANDATORY CRITERIA
1.1 BIDDER must have completed Services and provide a list of similar jobs/projects in scope related to Air Monitoring Services for a monetary value of the contract issued to them totalling to not less than USD 50,000 during the last five (5) years.
BIDDER shall submit documentary evidence in the form of Client letters of reference, and/or copies of Purchase Orders for similar jobs.
BIDDER shall have appropriate technical manpower resources to supply, install, collect and shipping/analysis of diffusion tubes.
BIDDER shall submit supporting documentary proof to verify their existence and experience as an Environmental Consultancy or Environmental Monitoring Company.
1.2 HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE)
The Bidder shall meet the HSE mandatory and HSE Weighted Criteria as per the attached “Contractor HSE Prequalification Assessment”.
The bidder shall fill in and submit all the relevant supporting documents for each of the items in the checklist along with their bid to substantiate their compliance.
Non-submission of any relevant and appropriate documents would result in disqualification of the bid without any further correspondence.
