The purpose of this tender is to appoint a supplier for the Supply of Falcon Gold Glassware

Knock out criteria:

 

1. Supplierswho do not comply with the below delivery mode will be disqualified:International suppliers to include CNF/CIF/DDP/Gulf Air stores, Bahrain.

• Localsupplier to include Gulf Air stores.

 

2. Proposalswith no samples will be disqualified, all samples to be delivered directlyto Procurement Department at Gulf Air Headquarters before the closing dateof the tender.

 

3. Samplesreceived should comply with the specifications mentioned in Appendix A (avariation in specs within +/- 5% is acceptable), proposals with Samplesthat don’t comply to Appendix A and the acceptable variation or with anitem missing from the set will be disqualified.

 

4. Supplierswho fail the wash test (20 cycles) will be disqualified, a failure isdefined as the item cracking or getting a visible indentation during thewash tests.

 

5. Supplierswho do not score at least 5% on the quality evaluation (excluding leadtime) will be disqualified and will not be financially evaluated.

 

Notes on the wash test:

Wash tests will be conducted by the Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) catering unit. Both Tests will be conducted through 20 cycles with the pass result of the item not cracking or getting any indentation.

معايير الحذف:

 

1. سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين لا يلتزمون بطريقة التسليم التالية: الموردين الدوليين بما في ذلك متاجر CNF/CIF/DDP/Gulf Air، البحرين.

• مورد محلي ليشمل متاجر طيران الخليج.

2. سيتم استبعاد العروض التي لا تحتوي على عينات، وسيتم تسليم جميع العينات مباشرة إلى قسم المشتريات في المقر الرئيسي لشركة طيران الخليج قبل تاريخ إغلاق المناقصة.

3. يجب أن تتوافق العينات المستلمة مع المواصفات المذكورة في الملحق أ (الاختلاف في المواصفات ضمن +/- 5٪ مقبول)، والمقترحات التي تحتوي على عينات لا تتوافق مع الملحق أ والتغيير المقبول أو مع عنصر مفقود من سيتم استبعاد المجموعة.

4. سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين يفشلون في اختبار الغسيل (20 دورة)، ويتم تعريف الفشل بأنه تشقق السلعة أو حصولها على مسافة بادئة مرئية أثناء اختبارات الغسيل.

5. سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين لا يحصلون على 5% على الأقل في تقييم الجودة (باستثناء المهلة الزمنية) ولن يتم تقييمهم ماليًا.

ملاحظات على اختبار الغسيل:

سيتم إجراء اختبارات الغسيل من قبل وحدة التموين التابعة لخدمات مطار البحرين (BAS). سيتم إجراء كلا الاختبارين خلال 20 دورة مع عدم تشقق المنتج أو حصوله على أي مسافة بادئة نتيجة النجاح.
