Installing the ceremonial requires a specialized contractor who connects them professionally to ensure safety and quality, achieving their long-term sustainability by using energy saving options with the LED system.

توفير وتركيب نظام متكامل للإنارة الزينة مع كافة ملحقاتها لأغراض المناسبات المختلفة حيث يستلزم المشروع تركيب مصابيح زينة عالية الجودة ضمن تصميم مبتكر لتزيين المبنى مع مجموعة شاملة من المصابيح الزينة والمستلزمات، لضمان تحقيق أجواء خلابة.
تركيب المصابيح يتطلب فريق متخصص يقوم بتوصيلها بشكل احترافي لضمان الأمان والجودة يحقق استدامتها على مدى طويل باستخدام خيارات توفير الطاقة مع نظام LED.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. The bidder is required to do the following to be considered as fully compliant otherwise their tender will not consider for Technical & Financial Evaluation:
Fill the required and requested information in the Tender Documents:
- Sign and stamp for Appendix C(Declaration of Compliance),
- Sign and stamp for Appendix D(Certificate of Independent Price Determination)
- Sign and stamp for Appendix E(Site Inspection Declaration)
- Sign and stamp for Form ofTender
- without anyconditions / reservations / qualifications in the Tender
NOTE: Only Prequalified Contractors, with valid Prequalification as mentioned in the Tender Advertisement on the Tender issue date are considered in Full Compliance. As such, any Tender submitted with an expired Pre-qualification License on the date this tender was issued is deemed as a non-compliant bid

ملحوظة: فقط المقاولون المؤهلون مسبقًا، الذين لديهم تأهيل مسبق صالح كما هو مذكور في إعلان المناقصة في تاريخ إصدار المناقصة، يعتبرون في حالة امتثال كامل. وعلى هذا النحو، فإن أي عطاء مقدم برخصة تأهيل مسبق منتهية الصلاحية في تاريخ طرح المنافصة يعتبر عطاءً غير متواف مع شروط المناقصة.
