• Bidder shall confirmcompliance with all requirements of Specification (File No. 1Specifications Scope of Work/Supply).
• Only bids complying withBapco’s technicalspecification and mandatory requirements will beconsidered for 100% commercial evaluation.
• Suppliers must confirmthat their offer fully aligns with Bapco's technical specifications bysubmitting the provided deviation sheet with their offer submission. Ifany deviations exist, suppliers should clearly outline them in thedeviation sheet. Failure to submit the deviation sheet when deviationsexist may result in disqualification from the technical evaluationprocess.
