,General criteria:
- Operating Temperature +60C. Pump control unit shall be suitable for installation in outdoor, weather proof to dusty hot atmosphere and ambient temperature.
- Vendor shall provide all related documents and drawings of pump control unit. I/O details, Wiring / connection diagrams, data/register mapping details, layout drawing, heat load calculation, Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual and Bill of Material with card number / part number as minimum shall be provided.
Instrumentation criteria:
- Pump Control unit shall have I/O module & required hardware for connecting wired I/O from TP side.
- Flow line 24 V DC loop powered pressure transmitter (by TP) shall be connected to Pump control unit via fused terminal blocks. In condition of flow line pressure exceeding High alarm setting (PAH), alarm is raised. In case of pressure exceeding HIGH HIGH set point (PAHH), pump shall be tripped ( in all modes)
- Provision of independently user configurable set points for PAH, PAHH and RESET. Set point adjustments should be internal and prevented from tempering.
- Provision for connecting external, 1 number 24 VDC Digital input and 1 number Digital output (volt free contact) and related set point adjustments should be internal and prevented from tempering.
- Pump of control enclosure shall b sized for ease of maintainability and operability.
Automation criteria:
- Native support for OPC Server (TOP Server from Software Toolbox version 6.18) without the need for customization. Protocol OPC Data Access (DA) version 2. Full supported driver list available in there website (https://www.softwaretoolbox.com/topserver/html/drivers_list.asp)
- TOP Server Lufkin Modbus OPC & I/O Server, ELAM driver (https://www.softwaretoolbox.com/topserverv6/LufkinModbus.html)

- Native support for Weatherford LOWIS/ForeSight/CygNet well management platforms.
- Proposed POC should be sent for Company approval and for testing before proceeding.
- Local Operator Interface (LOI) for local monitoring and configuration.
Communication criteria:
- Support Ethernet or RS232/485 (Serial to Ethernet will be used).
- Stable communication through Radio or Fibre link.
