Tender Description

The scope of work will include but not limited to: overhauling and testing of both shell and tube heat exchangers, as well as plate-type heat exchangers; partial or full re-tubing of shell and tube heat exchanger tube bundles; overhauling and testing of fin fan coolers; fabrication or re-tubing (partial or full) of fin fan cooler tube bundles; hydro-jetting heat exchangers, tube bundles, and fin fan cooler bundles; installation of stainless steel ferrules on the inlet side of heat exchangers and fin fan coolers; and welding, machining, and inspection of components for heat exchangers and air coolers.

سيشمل نطاق العمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: إصلاح واختبار المبادلات الحرارية ، بالإضافة إلى المبادلات الحرارية من النوع اللوحي؛ إعادة صيانة الأنابيب جزئيا أو كليا لحزم أنابيب المبادلات الحرارية ذات الغلاف والأنبوب؛ إصلاح واختبار مبردات المروحة ذات الزعانف؛ تصنيع أو إعادة الأنابيب (جزئيًا أو كاملًا) لحزم أنابيب تبريد المروحة ذات الزعانف؛ المبادلات الحرارية النفثية المائية، وحزم الأنابيب، وحزم تبريد مروحة الزعانف؛ تركيب حلقات من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ على جانب مدخل المبادلات الحرارية ومبردات المروحة ذات الزعانف؛ واللحام والتصنيع والفحص لمكونات المبادلات الحرارية ومبردات الهواء.

 

Mandatory Criteria

 

1. Bidders must have a minimum ofthree (3) years’ experience in Repair and Maintenance of Heat Exchangersand Fin Fan Coolers.
2. Bidders must have Certificationmark of ASME Section VIII Division 1 "R" Stamp Certificatefor  Heat Exchangers & Fin FanCooler Modification and repair.   
3. Bidders shall provide an (API)certified third party inspection services.
4. Bidders shall have Bahrain-basedfacilities and infrastructure comprising of office building/s, fabricationworkshop/s, open yard/s for storage of bulk materials, manpower resourcesand prefabricated items as well as plant and equipment for site work -legitimate proof documentation to be submitted
5. Bidders complies with theminimum requirements pertaining to Attachment 2 of Exhibit A (Trainedmanpower for repair and testing, retubing of all types of heat exchangerand fin Fan coolers)
6. Bidders shall have a minimum ofone (1) years’ experience in Installation of Stainless Steel ferrules ininlet pass of Heat Exchanger and Fin Fan coolers and to provide evidenceof such experience or signed contracts from their Sub-contractor forprovision of such Services with Third party certification as per Exhibit AScope of work.
