The purpose of this tender is to appoint a supplier for the Supply of Various Types of Stainless-Steel Serving Items and Flasks

Knock Out Criteria:

 

• Suppliers that do not comply with the below deliverymode will be disqualified:

• International suppliers to include Gulf AirStore/CNF/CIF/DDP Bahrain.
• Local suppliers to include Gulf Air stores.

 

• Proposals with no samples will be disqualified, allsamples to be delivered directly to Procurement Department at Gulf AirHeadquarters before the closing date of the tender.
• Samples received should comply with the specificationsmentioned in Appendix A and will be treated as preproduction samples.Proposals with samples that don’t comply to the Appendix A or with an itemmissing from the sets (A and B) will be disqualified.

• Suppliers who do not pass the dishwasher test (20cycles) with a result of the item chipping or getting any indentation willbe disqualified.
• Flasks (Category A Only) that do not generally preserveheat for at least six hours, will be disqualified and will not beevaluated financially.
• Suppliers who do not pass at least 10% of the technicalquality evaluation, will be disqualified and shall not be financiallyevaluated.
• Branding is not required in the samples.

 

Notes on the dishwasher tests and temperature preservation tests:

All tests will be conducted by Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) catering unit. Tests will be conducted through 20 cycles, with the pass result of the item not breaking or getting any indentation.

الغرض من هذه المناقصة هو تعيين مورد لتوريد أنواع مختلفة من أدوات التقديم والقوارير المصنوعة من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ (ستاينلس ستيل)

معايير الاستبعاد:

·      سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين لا يلتزمون بوضع التسليم أدناه:

o        الموردين الدوليين يشملون متجر طيران الخليج/CNF/CIF/DDP البحرين.

o        الموردين المحليين ليشملوا متاجر طيران الخليج.

·      سيتم استبعاد العروض التي لا تحتوي على عينات، وسيتم تسليم جميع العينات مباشرة إلى قسم المشتريات في المقر الرئيسي لطيران الخليج قبل تاريخ إغلاق المناقصة.

·      يجب أن تتوافق العينات المستلمة مع المواصفات المذكورة في الملحق أ وسيتم التعامل معها على أنها عينات ما قبل الإنتاج. سيتم استبعاد المقترحات التي تحتوي على عينات لا تتوافق مع الملحق أ أو مع عنصر مفقود من المجموعات (أ و ب).

·      سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين لم يجتازوا اختبار غسالة الأطباق (20 دورة) نتيجة لتكسر أو انبعاج المنتج.

·      سيتم استبعاد القوارير (الفئة أ فقط) التي لا تحتفظ بالحرارة بشكل عام لمدة ست ساعات على الأقل، ولن يتم تقييمها تجاريا.

·      سيتم استبعاد الموردين الذين لا يجتازون ما لا يقل عن 10% من تقييم الجودة الفنية، ولن يتم تقييمهم تجاريا.

·         العلامة التجارية غير مطلوبة في العينات.

ملاحظات حول اختبارات غسالة الأطباق واختبارات الحفاظ على درجة الحرارة:

سيتم إجراء كافة الاختبارات من قبل وحدة التموين التابعة لخدمات مطار البحرين (باس). سيتم إجراء اختبار غسالة الأطباق (20 دورة) ، سيعتبر المنتح قد اجتاز الاختبار اذا لم يتكسر أو ينبعج بعد انتهاء الاختبار.
