Tender Description

Hala Bahrain Hospitality is seeking to appoint a vendor to provide cleaning and detergent materials. These materials are required to fit the daily operation need of HBH lounges in Departure and Arrivals, to maintain a sanitary environment in the lounge, to maintain the health for the passengers and the employees. It will be for a period of three (3) years. Participated bidders are invited to provide a proposal for HBH as outlined in this document.

In our efforts to continuously improve the passengers experience at BIA, HBH through this RFP is seeking for qualified vendors to provide cleaning & Detergent items. This RFP includes all the terms and condition of the tender process and should be read carefully. The terms and conditions as set out in this RFP shall be clearly met by all the Bidders.

Hala Bahrain Hospitality is seeking to appoint a vendor to provide cleaning and detergent materials. These

materials are required to fit the daily operation need of HBH lounges in Departure and Arrivals, to maintain

a sanitary environment in the lounge, to maintain the health for the passengers and the employees.

It will be for a period of three (3) years. Participated bidders are invited to provide a proposal for HBH as

outlined in this document.

The Bidder shall fulfil the following mandatory qualifications. In case any Bidder, fails to meet any one of the following mandatory qualifications, it shall be disqualified from the tender process and their bid will not be evaluated any further.

1. The Bidder must be able to provide all products listed in Appendix 4.

2. The Bidder must quote for all items in Appendix 4.

في إطار جهودنا الرامية إلى التحسين المستمر لتجربة الركاب في مطار البحرين الدولي، تسعى شركة HBH من خلال طلب تقديم العروض هذا إلى البحث عن بائعين مؤهلين لتوفير مواد التنظيف والمنظفات.

يتضمن طلب تقديم العروض جميع شروط وأحكام عملية المناقصة ويجب قراءتها بعناية. يجب أن يتم استيفاء الشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في طلب تقديم العروض هذا بشكل واضح من قبل جميع مقدمي العروض.

تسعى شركة هلا بحرين للضيافة إلى تعيين مورد لتوفير مواد التنظيف والمنظفات. هؤلاء المواد مطلوبة لتناسب احتياجات التشغيل اليومية لصالات مطار البحرين الدولي في المغادرة والقادمين، وللمحافظة عليها و خلق بيئة صحية في الصالة حفاظاً على صحة الركاب والموظفين ستكون مدة التقاعد لمدة ثلاث (3) سنوات.

مقدمو العروض المشاركون مدعوون لتقديم أسعار لشركة HBH المبينة في هذه الوثيقة. يجب على مقدم العطاء استيفاء المؤهلات الإلزامية التالية. في حالة فشل أي مقدم عطاء في استيفاء أي من المؤهلات الإلزامية التالية، فسيتم استبعاده من عملية المناقصة ولن يتم تقييم عطاءه بعد ذلك.

1. يجب أن يكون مقدم العطاء قادراً على توفير كافة المنتجات المدرجة في الملحق رقم 4.

2. يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم عرض أسعار لجميع البنود الواردة في الملحق 4.

How to Participate?

Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Wednesday, 04 October 2023
Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
- Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
- Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
