The purpose of this tender is to supply and replacement of Turbine lube oil of Alstom Gas turbine type 13DM as per scope of work including removing of old working fluid, cleaning the tank and pipelines, filling process of new oil and disposal of used oil, in accordance with the scope of work, terms & conditions, and specifications mentioned in the tender documents.
تهدف هذه المناقصة إلى الحصول على أسعار تنافسية لتوريد وتبديل زيت التوربينات الغازية من صنع شركة ألستوم حسب ما هو مذكور في وثائق المناقصة ومواصفاتها، وتتضمن إزالة زيت التشحيم القديم ,عملية تنظيف خزان الزيت مع مرفقاته من الانابيب وعملية إضافة الزيت الجديد بالإضافة إلى التخلص من الزيت القديم حسب الشروط المعمول بها، وذلك وفقاً لنطاق العمل والشروط والأحكام والمواصفات المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.

Mandatory Requirements:
The Tenderer shall submit/fulfill the following mandatory documents/ requirements along with his offer or otherwise will be disqualified during tender evaluation stage.
1. List of two (2) relevant projects that were executed within the last 10 years.
The submitted list shall include project title, year of execution, Client (refer to appendix 3). The project, in the submitted list, will be considered only if the following met.
- At least4000 Liters of oil is either supplied or replaced.
- Submissionof the project completion certificate.
- Provideconfirmation that the laboratory analysis and tests will be carried out byinternationally certified laboratory company.
- Tenderermust present a certificate from Supreme Council of Environment
(SCE) for disposing oil. In case, the Tenderer does not have the requiredSCE certificate, the Tender is eligible to propose a certifiedsubcontractor, wherein the Tender must submit the subcontractorcertificate. - Tenderermust submit along with his offer the proposed oil data sheet andspecifications.
