Bapco Retail Company intends to invite proposals/bids from professional service providers to solicit their services in conceptualizing, designing, implement and support in managing end-to-end customer loyalty and rewards program for the BRC’s customers, including identifying specific customer requirements, target segments and designing customized loyalty solution. The Bidder should be able to Conceptualize & Design the end-to-end loyalty program, Customize its services to fit company’s targets, and Support the company and its team in implementing the developed solution which shall include (But not limited to):
a) Tiered / structured loyalty offering,
b) Redemption & rewards of loyalty points,
c) Managing merchant discount / offers,
d) Effective customer communication channels (web/mobile)
e) Reporting including standard, accrual and ad-hoc, among others.
Moreover, the Mandatory criteria for this tender are as follow:
a) This tender shall be assessed under BRC standard procedure for assessment of technical capability, financial soundness, RFP compliance, etc.
b) Bidders should provide proof that they have successfully implemented a Loyalty Solution program before.
c) Bidder should be able to integrate the Loyalty Solution with Company’s relevant systems.
