Tender Description

BAC through this RFP is seeking proposals from bidders for providing maintenance of Sewage system, Storm water system and Canal cleaning works at Bahrain International Airport. BAC has provided in this RFP the specifications required and the Successful Bidder is expected to cover the requirements listed in the documents. This RFP should be read carefully, and all requirements should be clearly met.

Mandatory Requirements

The Bidders shall meet the mandatory requirements mentioned in BTB’s portal and the tender advertisement to qualify for the technical/financial evaluation which are given in table below.

Biddershall demonstrate that it owns minimum four (4) numbers sewer vacuumtanker with minimum capacity – 4000 USG (United States Gallons) and two numbers IndustrialJetting machine with minimum working pressure 5000 PSI (Pounds per Square Inch).

Note: Bidders to provide/enclose following documents: a) Ownership certificate, b) Insurance, c)

valid registration certificates.

Bidder shall beowner of minimum one (1) number Combination tanker (sewerage tanker+ Industrial jetting machine in combination) with below specification(within 10 % tolerance at the below reference value).

Vacuum tanker capacity - 3500 USG (United States Gallon) (1 USG =3.78 liter)
Jetting Tank capacity - 1500 USG (UnitedStates Gallon).

C) Vacuum pump requirement

MaximumVacuum - 95% (28.5 in Hg (mercury))

D) Jetting Pump requirement

Flowrate – 75 Liter/minute (19.8 United States Gallon per minute)
Pressure– 280 Bar (4060 Pounds per Square Inch)

Note: Bidders to provide/enclose following documents: a) Ownership certificate, b) Insurance, c) valid registration certificates, d) combination tanker technical specification sheet.

The bidder shall fill and price for all items in Appendix 2: Bill of Quantity (B.O.Q.)

صيانة نظام الصرف الصحي ونظام مياه العواصف وأعمال تنظيف القنوات في مطار البحرين الدولي

تطلب شركة مطار البحرين من خلال طلب تقديم العروض هذا الحصول على عروض من المتقدمين لتقديم خدمات صيانة نظام الصرف الصحي ونظام مياه الأمطار وأعمال تنظيف القنوات في مطار البحرين الدولي. تتضمن هذه الوثيقة المواصفات المطلوبة ومن المتوقع أن يلبي المتقدم الناجح الاحتياجات الموضحة في الوثائق. يجب قراءة طلب تقديم العروض بعناية وتلبية جميع المتطلبات بوضوح

يجب على مقدمي العطاءات استيفاء المتطلبات الإلزامية التالية للتأهل للتقييم الفني والمالي.

يجب على المتقدم إظهار ملكيته لما لا يقل عن أربعة (4) صهاريج شفط للصرف الصحي بسعة دنيا تبلغ 4000 جالون أمريكي وعدد اثنين من آلات الرش الصناعي بضغط دني يبلغ 5000 رطل لكل بوصة مربعة

ملاحظة: على المتقدمين تقديم/إرفاق الوثائق التالية: أ) شهادة ملكية، ب) وثيقة تأمين، ج) شهادات تسجيل صالحة

- يجب على المتقدم أن يكون مالكًا لصهريج مزيج واحد على الأقل (صهريج صرف صحي + آلة رش صناعية متكاملة) وفقاً للمواصفات التالية (بتسامح لا يزيد عن 10% عن القيمة المرجعية المذكورة أدناه):

أ) سعة صهريج الشفط - 3500 جالون أمريكي

ب) سعة خزان الرش - 1500 جالون أمريكي

ج) متطلبات مضخة الشفط

الحد الأقصى للشفط - 95% (28.5 إنش زئبق)

د) متطلبات مضخة الرش

معدل التدفق - 75 لتر في الدقيقة (19.8 جالون أمريكي في الدقيقة)

الضغط - 280 بار (4060 رطل لكل بوصة مربعة)

ملاحظة: يجب على المتقدمين تقديم/إرفاق الوثائق التالية: أ) شهادة ملكية، ب) وثيقة تأمين، ج) شهادات تسجيل صالحة، د) ورقة المواصفات الفنية لصهريج المزيج.

يجب على المتقدم تعبئة وتسعير جميع العناصر المذكورة في الملحق 2: كشف الكميات (B.O.Q.)

How to Participate?

Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Thursday, 29 May 2025
Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
- Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
- Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
