Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) wishes to appoint a contractor for competitive package price for the requirements of Shuttle Bus Transportation Services for the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix and Marshals team for three Years from 2026 to 2028. The appointment will be by a process of tender.
Mandatory Requirement
· All vehicles must not be less than 5 years old and excellent working condition and appearance condition inside and out. Tenderer to confirm.
· Good condition well maintained, clean, no stickers. Tenderer to confirm
· All vehicles, to have internet/Wi-Fi connection. Tenderer to confirm
· All vehicles, drivers, passengers and luggage shall be covered by insurance. Tenderer to confirm
· Standby vehicles to be ready for any emergency. Tenderer to confirm and provide number of replacements.
· Luggage trolley (on standby) that can be attached to the 22-seater bus. Tenderer to confirm
· Standby onsite Supervisor must be provided for coordination and communication purposes. Tenderer to confirm
