Bapco Refining is offering this tender for the purpose of Supply of Bently Nevada Machine Condition and Monitoring Modules At 1HCU area under LSDP complex, existing Wash water injection pumps P7704A B will be replaced by new Wash Water injection Pumps with high capacity during LSDP T and I in 2025. New pumps are required to be equipped with Machine Condition and Monitoring system as per Pump manufacturer s specification At LSDP the existing MCM system is supplied with Bently Nevada which will be expanded to accommodate the MCM related signals for new pumps P7704A B Hence this tender is raised for purchase of additional Bently Nevada MCM modules and rack for the signals related to new pumps P7704A B The additional Bently Nevada Machine Condition and Monitoring Modules are required to be provided according to the specifications in the attached tender documents

تطرح شركة بابكو للتكرير هذه المناقصة لغرض شراء وحدات مراقبة ومراقبة حالة ماكينة بنتلي نيفادا. في منطقة (1HCU) ضمن مجمع LSDP، سيتم استبدال مضخات حقن مياه الغسيل الحالية P7704A/B بمضخات حقن مياه غسيل جديدة ذات قدرة عالية، أثناء تسليم وفحص LSDP في عام 2025. ويلزم تجهيز المضخات الجديدة بنظام مراقبة وحالة الماكينة وفقًا للمضخة مواصفات الشركة المصنعة. في LSDP، يتم تزويد نظام MCM الحالي مع شركة بنتلي نيفادا والذي سيتم توسيعه لاستيعاب الإشارات المتعلقة بـ MCM للمضخات الجديدة P7704A/B. ومن ثم، تم طرح هذا المناقصة لشراء وحدات Bently Nevada MCM الإضافية ورف للإشارات المتعلقة بالمضخات الجديدة P7704A/B. ويشترط توفير شراء وحدات مراقبة ومراقبة حالة ماكينة بنتلي نيفادا الإضافية وفقًا للمواصفات الواردة في وثائق المناقصة المرفقة.

,Mandatory Requirements

The bidders’ attention is drawn to the below mentioned mandatory submittals to be provided along with the bid documents.

·         List of all items and services included in the scope of supply with itemized prices complying with the tender requirements.

·         List of end-user for the quoted model preferably in the Middle East region with contact person’s email and telephone no. for verifying the performance of the quoted model.

·         All the requested items as per Technical Specifications should be manufactured, tested and certified by OEM Baker Hughes - the manufacturer of BN3500 Machine Condition and Monitoring System.

·         The bidder should fully comply with the tender specifications.

·         The MCM system supplied should be technologies that are safer for the operators. 

The MCM system shouldn’t be obsolete for next 10 years. After the obsolescence spare support should continue for next 5 years.   


Technical Requirements

Technical / Professional Evaluation

Details as below:

·         Experience of working on Baker Hughes supplied Machine Condition and Monitoring System.

Delivery of the quoted model along with all required accessories.

Notes:

1. Bidder shall submit all relevant documents with the Bid as the bid evaluation shall be performed based on the documents submitted along with the Bid only.

2. Only bids meeting the above mandatory requirements will be Technically evaluated. And only Technically acceptable bids will be commercially evaluated.


How to Participate?

  • Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Thursday, 16 May 2024
  • Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
  • For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
  • The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
  • The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
  • This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
  • In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
    • Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
    • Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
  • This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
