Project Brief :
يتولى المقاول مسؤولية تقديم خدمات متكاملة لنقل المياه بواسطة الصهاريج لدعم شبكتي الصرف الصحي وتصريف مياه الأمطار التابعة لوزارة الأشغال بمملكة البحرين. وتشمل الخدمات جمع ونقل والتخلص من مياه الصرف والمخلفات والفيضانات الناتجة عن الأمطار أو الظروف الطارئة، وذلك وفقاً للأنظمة والاشتراطات الصحية والبيئية المعتمدة. يُلزم المقاول بنقل جميع المخلفات حصراً إلى المواقع المعتمدة من الجهة المختصة، مع التركيز على تقليل الأعطال، منع الفيضانات، حماية البيئة، وتقليل المخاطر الصحية. كما يجب توفير صهاريج مجهزة ومصانة، إضافة إلى كوادر فنية مدرَّبة قادرة على الاستجابة الفعالة للمهام الروتينية والطوارئ. ويهدف العقد إلى رفع مستوى الجاهزية والكفاءة وضمان الأداء المهني والمسؤول بيئياً في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
The Contractor shall be responsible for providing integrated tankering services to support the sewerage and stormwater networks under the Ministry of Works, Kingdom of Bahrain. Services include the collection, transport, and disposal of wastewater, septic waste, and stormwater caused by rain, wet conditions, or emergencies, in compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. All collected waste must be delivered exclusively to facilities approved by the concerned authority. Priority shall be given to minimizing service disruptions, preventing flooding, protecting the environment, and reducing public health risks. The Contractor must provide sufficient resources, including well-maintained tankers and skilled personnel capable of responding to routine needs and emergencies. The contract aims to enhance readiness, operational efficiency, and environmental accountability in all tankering operations across the Kingdom.

- Full compliance with Form of Tender
- The Tenderer must submit a complete and dulyfilled form.
- Full compliance with Declaration ofCompliance and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix toForm of Tender).
- These forms must be submitted on theTenderer’s official letter head, signed, and stamped accordingly. If thetenderer failed to submit these forms, his tender will be disqualified.
- If the Tenderer submitted any qualifications,reservations, assumptions or conditions, his tender will be disqualified.

- فيحال عدم تقديم ما سبق أو عدم استيفاء الشروط المطلوبة، سيتم استبعاد العطاء.
حال تقديم أي تحفظات أو افتراضات أو شروط، فسيتم استبعاد العطاء المقدم
