The purpose of this tender is to outsource EWA meter reading services to suitable services provider in accordance with the scope of work, terms & conditions, and specifications mentioned in the tender documents.

,Vendor shall follow and meet the following Mandatory/Essential Requirements. Offers not complying to the following shall be rejected and not considered for Evaluation.
Mandatory/Essential Requirements:
SCHEDULE OF GUARANTEES
This schedule of guarantee must be duly filled by the vendor and signed to support the offer. Failure to comply with Schedule of guarantees will lead to disqualification.
The schadule of Guarantee includes the following:
1. Initial Set Up Time (Time required providing the required number of qualified resources following the contract awarding – Requirements: One week)
2. Resource Advisory Time (Requirements: The vendor commits to inform EWA, if any staff that will leave the project ONE month in advance.)
3. Service Level (Requirements: The vendor agrees to the service levels stipulated in section 3.5 of this document)
4. Service level Penalties (Requirements: The vendor agrees to the service level penalties stipulated in section. 3.6 of this documents)
5. 1st Month Training Costs (Requirements: The vendor will not charge EWA for the 1st month training cost any employee assigned to the EWA project. This period is equivalent to the time spent providing the employee the required theoretical and on the job training to properly carry out the job)
6. Resource Deployment (EWA strongly promotes Bahrainization, therefore the vendor shall deploy 100% Bahraini Nationals to commence stipulated tasks in SOW)
7. Staff Salary Payments (The vendor guarantees that the staff salaries will be paid before end of each month)
8. Private Medical Insurance (The vendor commits to provide private medical insurance to employees assigned to EWA project)
