يُشار إلى الأعمال باسم إنشاء سوق السمك بالحد، والتي تشمل الأعمال التالية: أعمال الإنشاء والتنفيذ والاستكمال، وتشمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية والمعمارية، وأعمال وتجهيزات سوق السمك، والأعمال الميكانيكية وأعمال التكييف والتهوية، وأعمال السباكة والصرف الصحي، وأعمال مكافحة وإنذار الحريق، والأعمال الكهربائية والإنارة، والأعمال الخارجية وأعمال الرصف والتشجير واللافتات، وجميع الأعمال المرتبطة الأخرى.
Hidd Fish Market Tender / Auction Title
The Works shall be referred to as Hidd Fish Market, comprising the following: Construction and completion works including, but not limited to, civil, structural and architectural works, fish market works and fittings, mechanical, air-conditioning and ventilation works, plumbing and drainage works, fire-fighting and fire alarm works, electrical and lighting works, external works, paving, landscaping and signage, and all other associated works.
باللغة العربية:
1. يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم إقرار الامتثال (Appendix C) وشهادة تحديد السعر المستقل (Appendix D)، موقعين ومختومين من الممثل المعتمد للشركة.
2. المقاولون المؤهلون مسبقًا لدى وزارة الأشغال لمشاريع تشييد المباني من الفئة (C) فما فوق.
سيؤدي عدم تقديم أو استيفاء أي من المتطلبات الإلزامية المذكورة أعلاه إلى استبعاد العطاء.
In English:
1. The Tenderer must submit the Declaration of Compliance (Appendix C) and Certificate of Independent Price Determination (Appendix D), signed and stamped by the Authorized Representative of the company.
2. Ministry of Works Prequalified Contractors for Building Construction Projects Grade C and above
Failure to submit or comply with any of the above Mandatory Requirements will result in disqualification of the Tender.
