Mandatory Requirements
The Tenderer shall submit/fulfill the following mandatory documents/ requirements along with his offer or otherwise will be disqualified during tender evaluation stage.
1. The Tenderer must submit confirmation as against of the required technical specifications related to the replacement and testing of the existing ABB Micro SCADA gateways at Diyar Al Muharraq 220kV Substation with the new SYS600C Version 5.10 gateways (or equivalent item compatible with existing system), including existing Database migration, through submission of duly filled Appendix B, “Technical Assessment Details” included in the tender documents.
2. The confirmations must be supported with submission of detailed technical specifications documents and replacement method statements.

The purpose of this tender is replacement of ABB Micro SCADA SYS600CICS Gatewaysat Diyar Al-Muharraq 220KV substation with ABB Micro SCADA SYS600C Version 5.10 Industrial Gateways or equivalent item compatible with existing system in according with terms & conditions, and specifications mentioned in the tender documents.
الغرض من هذه المناقصة هو استبدال بوابات ABB Micro SCADA SYS600C ICS في محطة ديار المحرق الفرعية بجهد 220 كيلوفولت و بوابات الإصدار 5.10 الصناعية أو عنصر ABB Micro SCADA SYS600C مكافئ متوافق كع النظام الحالي، وذلك وفقاً لنطاق العمل والشروط والأحكام والمواصفات المذكورة في وثائق المناقصة.
