The scope of work includes Wrap thinned pipeline sections using a premier carbon fiber wrap system after proper surface preparations. Proposed Carbon fiber wrap should have properties to rehabilitate and restore original operational strength to damaged, corroded, and eroded piping systems.

Scope of Work in Arabic نطاق العمل يتضمن تغليف أجزاء الأنابيب التي تم تحديدها كمنخفضة السمك باستخدام نظام تغليف ألياف الكربون الرائد بعد التحضير السطحي اللازم. يجب أن يتمتع النظام المقترح بخصائص تمكنه من إعادة تأهيل واستعادة القوة التشغيلية الأصلية لأنظمة الأنابيب التالفة والمتآكلة.

1.4. | MANDATORY CRITERIA |

1.4.1.1 | |
The Bidder shall submit alongwith the bid, a proposal for wrapping sections of thethinned/damaged/corroded/eroded piping systems, in Oil & Gas and/ orPetrochemical industry, to rehabilitate and restore original operationalstrength of the piping, including all requirements pertaining to the same.The proposal shall clearly mention the name and manufacturer of the wrappingsystem proposed to be used and method statement for the application processincluding details of surface preparations, curing, etc. |

1.4.1.2 | The Bidder SHALL have minimum 3 years ofrelevant work experience during the last 6 years in providing CompositeWrapping services to rehabilitate thinned out piping systems in the Oil &Gas and/ or Petrochemical industry in any other Gulf/ Middle East countries.Agreement with a service provider that meets the above requirement isadequate (Copy of Agreement shall be submitted with the bid). |
Bidders shall submit documentaryevidence along with the bid as evidence for experience and credentials in theform of Client letters of reference or copies of Purchase Orders for similarjobs. |

1.4.2 | WRAPPING MATERIAL SPECIFICATION |
1.4.2.1 | Bidder shall provide along with the bid,documentary evidence that the proposed wrapping system is made from CarbonFibre material and compliant to the following Standards for compositewrapping repairs for pipework: |
1. ASME PCC-2 Repair StandardArticle 4.1, Non- metallic Composite repair systems for pipelines andpipework: High Risk Applications |
2. ASME PCC-2 Repair StandardArticle 4.2, Non- metallic Composite repair systems for pipelines andpipework: Low Risk Applications |
3. ISO 24817: Petroleum,Petrochemical and Natural Gas Industries Qualification and design,installation, testing and inspection. |
Bidder shall provide documentaryevidence in the form of compliance reports (or) test reports for previousjobs undertaken. |
1.4.2.2 | The proposed composite wrapping system shall beable to withstand a continuous operating temperature upto 300F at a pressureof 50 psi. |
The Bidder shall provide, alongwith the bid, documentary evidence in the form of laboratory test reports(or) equivalent to substantiate the above. |

1.4.3 | SUPERVISION & RESOURCES |
1.4.3.1 | |
Thebidder shall have in their Organization, for assignment to the work on fulltime basis, well experienced personnel who have previously successfullyexecuted installation of Composite Wrapping made of Carbon Fibre in Oil &Gas Industry and/ or Petrochemical industry in Gulf/ Middle East countries.CVs of minimum 2 Supervisors and 4 wrapping technicians certified as perNACE/AMPP CIP 2 or equivalent along with qualifications details and relevantcertificates shall be submitted along with the bid. |

1.4.4. | SAFETY |
1.4.4.1 | The Bidder shall have a well-established, fully auditableHealth, Safety & Environment Management System, Safety Policy, SafetyManagement System & Safety Training plan, within their organization whichhave valid accreditations for OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 or EquivalentCertification or are in process of revalidation. |
